Car park spacious but lots of potholes! £3.70 to park & machine doesn't give change. We spent 4 hours here & could have been longer if weather had been better. Cafe, gift shop, toilets and great play area for kids. Gift shop sells bird seed. Lots of ducks and swans to feed. Climbing area for older kids great. Some pathways... More

Wonderful historic place with old Royal connections. Excellent service and accommodation. Do not miss a Medieval Banquet. Romantic setting with lots of grounds for a nice long work followed by a traditional English Tea. Plenty to see in nearby Coventry such as the world famous Cathedral. Definitely will return to be pampered by the Team.

Took the children to feed the swans and ducks, have a runaround in the playground and a steady walk. Excellent place to have a picnic or BBQ in the summer. It's a pity you have to pay for parking (although on this trip it was free in December) as we would probably go more often...war memorial park in Coventry has... More

Dear Darryl Thanks for taking the time to leave us some feedback. It is greatly appreciated. So glad you enjoy the facilities here. Barbecuing is a popular activity in the park as we are proud to be one of the very few parks in Coventry and Warwickshire are where barbecues are still permitted. Money raised via the car park is... I do enjoy my visits to Coombe Abbey but I cannot help but think that Coventry Council are in for a fast buck. The car parking is over priced. People do not always want to stay for a whole day! particularly in the winter. Beware if you just want to take your dog for a couple hours walk!

Today my husband and I went for a very enjoyable walk around the Coombe Abbey wildlife grounds. We wandered around for almost 2-hours and even sat afterwards at the local cafe near the children's play area and enjoyed a sandwich and tea. It was very busy on a winters Sunday with loads of families, but once we made it towards... More

Dear Kristin Thank you for taking time to leave us feedback. It is great to hear that you enjoyed your visit. Yes even in winter, if it dry we can be fairly busy, but I see that you sussed out that past the causeway and into the woods that things get much quieter. This is often the case, even in... More

We love coombe abbey. We are fortunately only 10 mins away so we regularly visit for family days. Take a picnic, have a little game of cricket, feed the ducks and let the kids on the monkey park before ice cream and home. I wouldn't travel miles to visit but if your near and fancy a stroll then it's worth... More
