Ohhh the olives and the pastries and cakes how very scrummy With regard to the olives staff are helpful and allow taste before you purchase so it's a ideal opportunity to taste before you decide 😊I know you either love or hate olives but if you love this is like free kisses

As someone who grew up in Birmingham I love the Selfridges building....it's great to look at the outside of this building. At night it lights up different colours! As for the shops, it's a huge posh expensive department store well worth a visit. It has great stores from Cath Kidston to Kooples, and a huge jellybean Bull (as it is... More

As much range as one expects in a Selfridges, all the brands, well laid out (though there were a couple of franchises that appeared to be on two floors?!) - but many of the staff my friend and I encountered were unfriendly and only seemed interested in customers who were more obviously wealthy - but I suppose that's department stores... Tried to eat in selfridges food hall. My wheel chair couldn't fit into any restaurant apart from Pret a manger. I couldn't reach any food or drink items from my chair. I've paid to eat in at Pret but unfortunately my wheelchair couldn't fit into the seating area so I ended up in a corridor being jostled by people trying... More

A department store that caters towards the higher end of things but has a great selection of eateries on the ground floor and a champagne bar upstairs. The first venue to sell Crispy Creme donuts in Birmingham and an extensive range of spirits from around the globe, including the exotic. This short review really does not do justice to the... More

I love Selfridges but I'll love it a bit more if I could afford most of the stuff but anyway, This is by far one of the best buildings in Birmingham. I love how it looks on the outside with it's silver discs design and I also love the Food Hall with that Bull made from candy oh and the... More

Great experience to visit Birmingham Selfridges. The staff are not like the London store - they were dressed more casually here, and seemed less eager to attend to customers and were often found chatting and laughing in twos. The Nespresso bar was very helpful and very courteous. It's a fun aspect of Birmingham, but not a patch on London -... More

If you don't visit Birmingham often, or even if you're there a lot, this shop is one you must have a look around at least once! On the whole, it's very pricey, but there are some affordable brands and it is well worth a look at those products that are way out of your prize zone. The store is very... More
