A place for luxury shopping, Selfridges is the busiest around Christmas and New Year's. Trying to avoid it, since it is poorly ventilated, and you can either smell all the perfumes which exist in the shop, or al, the food, from the Food Hall.

Have you ever wanted to try eating insects? Well head down to the basement in Selfridge's where you can get such delights as scorpions inside lollipops and crickets and ants coated in white chocolate, yum. Architecturally Selfridges is one of Birmingham's most bizarre looking buildings. It takes up most of the eastern end of the Bullring Shopping centre. It is... More

This shop is immense! Absolutely overwhelmingly huge and lots to see - the giant jelly bean bull is a sight to see. Probably requires a couple of visits to see everything!

Selfridges is one of those places where it is hard to walk out without making a purchase. It has a great designer clothes section and I always find I never leave without not finding something I like. The food court is excellent, especially Yo Sushi and the nice cake shop! The alcohol section is impressive, they do put a high... More

Certain areas of the store seemed very cluttered and disorganised. There was no staff around to help us and they seemed very understaffed based on the size of the store, the amount of customers there and the price of some of the items.

What a fab store to browse around, don't expect Mr self ridge to be strolling the floor in his tails, this store is ultra modern, full of exceptional product with a food hall that's like the local Disneyland. You can get Lucky Charms for a tenner, watch the sushi going round and round or just browse to your hearts content.... More

Selfridges at The Bullring Shopping Centre is a great place to shop. Yes, many items are high-priced, yet many items are good quality and great purchases. The Foodhall located on the ground floor is amazing and there is many eateries, with food to suit any tastebuds. Amongst the fabulous products at the foodhall are gourmet fudge, candy and even a... I regularly go to this store and nothing usually bothers me, the majority of the staff and lovely and helpful, yes some of the staff can be rude and stuck up, but I'm use to that, would hate my job too if I had to work in retail. Any way I used the click and collect service ,at 9am (Xmas... More
