Fabulous beauty and makeup department. Fashion stores are high end and high street. The food court is my favourite place to eat in Birmingham...especially with all the authentic American sweets for my family

I love Selfridges, Birmingham, it's a treat to shop there...often go in just to browse. The staff are always very helpful and knowledgable. Love eating there too, lots of choice.

Went to spend some serious money on clothes and have lunch. Lasted in the store about 5 minutes. Large 'stage' amplifiers pumping out thumping music so loud it reverberates around the store. Wont back.

Selfridges Birmingham is a condensed version of Selfridges London, whilst it is worth a visit because of the great layout and quirky features, it is quite simply not as good as London. The highlight for ladies is definatley the beauty floor which is absolutley stunning with all of the best brands like estee lauder, mac, nars, bobbi brown, shuemera, charlotte... More

Love this place. A must visit... it may be expensive but its worth just window shopping. Staff are always friendly there's always some event going on and I particularly love the Foodhall - great food, great atmosphere and its always on trend so its lovely seeing the new products!

Impressive store inside and out. Everything is really well displayed. Even low cost brands like Primark look better in Selfridges.

Fantastic shop. Has all you need to blow a few million if you can spare it. All the top brands all the nice gadgets and great food and drink. But its everything you can buy cheaper elsewhere. People that shop here do so because thay can afford to pay the premium to not have to shop around.

Selfridges never should've introduced Primark, that decision has stopped quite so many visits! I love the food halls, stationary and agent P. The shoe department is fab but as a girl who can't wear heels I rarely bother looking! Fab alcohol selection and Lovely handbags!

Once upon a time had that luxurious feel when entering the department store. Now you feel like you're surrounded in crowds, pushy sales assistants who actually have no knowledge or skill of selling their products or services.. I liked the areas dedicated to Victoria Beckham (clothes and sunglasses section). As well as the food hall area on the ground floor... More

1. Amazingly big spacious place full of all sorts to delight a shopper from a budget of £1 to 100's. 2. No shop assistants insisting on harrassing you into making a purchase. 3. Unsual things that you would not normally see elsewhere and perfect place to get gifts.
