Besides being a picturesque park Cannon Hill supports many charity walks during the year. It is the home of the Midland Art Centre (MAC) which has many attractions including crafts, films and theatre. The gardens are very well kept and the lake has its fair share of ducks and swans for the kiddies to feed. Add to this the access... More

I came across this park completely by accident when I was out walking during the lunch interval at Edgbaston cricket ground just across the road. A really lovely park and in some ways a throw back to years gone by. I thought it was well maintained with a nice lake, tennis courts, restaurant and bandstand and of course large areas... More

This park has everything which anyone need, like cycling, boat, walk etc. The spring is always good, as lots of flowers bloom.

This park is located just outside the city centre and so is very busy most times. However if you manage to arrive on a good day it can be quite spacious. We arrived on a good day and so the children were able to play on the play areas that are dispersed around the grounds, there are gardens that you... More

Good park, well kept with summer activities like fairs and open days etc. Nice clean grass in the main and becomes very busy as soon as the temp is above 15 degrees.

The circus packing up, people milling around, some playing cricket others rugby. Some rollerblading others listening to music. Dance classes at the mac going on. Diffirent wildlife on display, all forms of religions and races... More

Do not go here on a sunny day, it gets very very busy as it is well known and just outside of the city centre. However, if you can put up with all of that it is a lovely day out and has lots of play areas for children.
