There is also a largish lake on which I stood... More

An excellent Park alittle way out from the city centre. it has an art centre which is open to the public and provides refreshments with easy acess from both the park side and its own parking area.

Been going to this park for decades. It's a really beautiful, attractive, interesting and memorable place to visit. I've spent many a moment here leisurely, at meetings, to attend events, to help get fit, to breathe and to be inspired. It's a fabulous place for all people of all ages.

This park is a bit on the boring side, atraditional type of aprk with formal bedding , man made lakes, and now crazy golf. The MAC is well attended and has some interesting culture and arty things going on there but when it was done up a few years ago, you would have thought that the the cafe would have... More

This is a great park for all the family, no matter if it is raining or if the sun is shining. There are loads of things to do during the summer, they have funfairs from time to time at the park.

This park offers so much; aside from the fabulous expanse of green, great free play area for younger children, with lots of climbing frames and two gorgeous lakes with swans and geese; there are endless pathways which enable everyone, regardless of mobility to be able to have a great experience of the park.
