Sea life is ran by merlin entertainment the company behind alton towers thorpe park and Legoland, so you wouldn't expect anything less, considering the size of the venue due to being right in the center of Birmingham City center they put the size of the venue to good use. So many things to see and do with the family. Price... More

We bought an annual pass last year to get 2 free tickets to Alton Towers but have had a money's worth as have visited at least 6 times probably more since last August. There is always someting new to see and the arrival of the penguins has been a fabulous addition. The penguin area is well designed, very clean and... More

Save your money go somewhere else. if I could have marked this as 0 I would have done. The price is ridiculous for what turned out to be a very unpleasant visit. If you book online you are charged different prices depending on the time of day you want to go - so beware. We had a voucher for buy... More

Oh dear, what a disappointment. We had a choice between the sea life centre or the severn valley railway. Because it was raining we chose the sea life centre. First mistake. Tge signage from Birmingham New Street station is poor and we walked for about 30mins before we found it. On arrival the queue went out the door and round... More

We have been waiting to go to the Sealife centre for a while now, with the summer holiday apron us and Moshi monster have landed there we decided to take the kids. We booked online, little disappointing on the price difference for enters time but you can get your hand stamped and go back in, making the earlier price more... More

My daughter (5) had the choice of this or Thinktank. Should have gone to ThinkTank. She is a huge animal fan, particularly sea creatures thanks to Octonuats and nature programmes so she did enjoy seeing all of the different creatures but we got through the whole centre in one hour and a half. We paid over £50! We did the... More

Visited here while in Birmingham, good location and close to the centre. As all the Sea Life's we have visited, we got an insight into all the different types of sea life from tropical to polar. At £15 per person, I thought it was a bit steep at first, but on the other hand, you can stay as long as... More

Really decent aquarium, not quite as the deep in Hull but still above average. One point of note may to avoid the otters at feeding time if with young children, as an otter eating a baby chick may be a touch macarbe for youngsters! Staff throughout were friendly, if not a little misleading regarding free photos! overall worth a visit... More

Seemed pricey at first but then the girl at the front office told us about a half price promo on the back of walkers crisps so for £2 managed to get in for half price! Even at full price it would have been worth the cost. Two hours melted away as we walked through the fascinating and informative displays, stopped... More
