The approach to our seats in the middle circle was simple and easy. The show was fully booked but the public spaces were not over crowded. The seats are a little tired and have less leg room the Ryan Air but we coped and had a good view of the stage. Great ice cream tubs in the interval!

Excellent fantastic...made me overcome 44 years of Clowns I would hate to think what the cleaning up bill comes too... I cannot say more as it would spoil the show, but well worth seeing

Love this theatre, and also the show we saw (Blood Brothers for 4th time)! The seats were very placed (Row H, seats 11 and 12) for my husband as he has a stoma, so doesn't want to be 'trapped' in the middle of long row of seats. Have seen several shows at this theatre, including Panto and Les Miserables, would... More

We recently attended the Ring Cycle at the Hippodrome. Our seats in the stalls had very poor views of the surtitles. We either had to do a crash course in German - or move. On the second day we were able to change to alternative seats, having been shown various alternatives by staff in the morning who (like their colleagues... More

I have been here twice now, once to see Wicked and once to see Cats. Both times I have had a brilliant night. For Wicked I risked it and went for one the cheaper partially obstructed seats, the seat was right at the front and apart from probably 10 seconds of dancing I saw everything, the stage itself is not... Went to Birmingham specially for The Ring. I had concerns about how a provincial theatre would cope with 4 nights of massive performance and hospitality. I take it all back! Birmingham you have a world-class venue! Best of all (after the actual performances) was the quality of service. Staff were efficient but so helpful and friendly; we ending up feeling... More

We were here for the a Marinsky "Ring". We ate in the theatre's studio 5 during the second intervals. What a lively experience it was! The good was very good. All of the staff were wonderful - friendly and faultless service. When we left last night it felt as if we were saying goodbye to new friends. This was our... More
