Ate here whilst visiting The Gadget Show . The food on offer at the centre food outlets was expensive , poor quality and cold . Given their captive audience they should not be exploiting their position . A slice of french bread pizza and a handful of cold chips was £6.00 ! If it cost them 50p to make I... More

The Exhibitionist restaurant has been "rebranded" and is now 'Origin'. This restaurant has always been a port of call for us whilst attending antique fairs. However .... we were slightly disappointed this time. The main courses were fine but the creme brulee (always a favourite) was certainly not up to the previous standard What has happened? It was more like... More

Most of the big names you might expect to be here are not. The food on offer is appalling as someone else has said. How exactly can you have a subway that can't toast your sub? The 100% British Beef Burger stall was deep frying frozen patties.. Not good There was not one thing that made me go wow apart... More

hi had the unhappy experience of the gadget show, having to rely on the wheelchair to get around, I found a lot of the attractions not disabled friendly, with most of the displays on plinths, its impossible to join in, none of the game consoles were able to take the use of a wheelchair, Stigs ride..steps, cannon display..steps, and being... Clean place the NEC but a long walk from the £10-00 car park. Food a little expensive for Vegitairians.

Car parking needs a little more signposting. The charge of £8.00 for parking was good due to the on site free shuttle bus. On the way out after the concert it would have been better if the attendants collected the tickets at the car park exit rather than on the main road. I believe this would mean better flow of... More

It would appear the NEC is stuck in the past and treats its visitors with utter contempt. Right from the off you get stung for £10 parking charge which you queue in a long line to pay. Then you have to navigate the very long trek from the car park to the exhibition halls (with virtually no signage) it was... More

Big exhibition halls and concert venue. It what your here for is good the experience is good and visa versa. As with most of these things car parks expensive and unfortunately on my last few visits beginning to show its age with the moving walkways under maintenance / broken down.
