It seems a little tired at this time of year but at £4.25 for adults, £6.50 for older children and little ones go free it's reasonably good value. You can't take pushchairs into one of the cafes which seems crazy but we lunched in the Spinning Jenny cafe with excellent food and high chairs provided but get there early as... More

My 5 year old nephew and 2 year old niece loved it here and have been begging to go again! We went on a miserable day so they were unable to go on the rides or make much use of the outdoor play area; so best to go when the weather holds up. None the less we had a fabulous... More

I'm so glad that your nephew and niece enjoyed their visit so much. You're right in that we can have lots more going on in the better weather with all of our outdoor shows and activities, but we're luck to have the 3 different animals areas, huge soft play and family theatre for this time of year! Over half term... More

A lovely place to visit if you want somewhere to browse nice shops and enjoy a bite to eat in a nice relaxed setting. It is especially nice in good weather (aren't most places)! but the shops / eateries can be enjoyed when the weather is not so great. Lovely shops with something for everyone. Our children used to enjoy... More

We were a group of 9.... 5 out of our 9 of them being very excited children who booked weeks in an advance for the Enchanted kingdom. We left it until as late as possible to visit to really give the Christmassy feel but we were very very disappointed. We specifically booked a Friday to be able to see real... More

Thanks for your review which is very timely as we can add your comments to other feedback, all of which will be used in our planning meetings for Christmas 2016. I'm glad that you and the children enjoyed Father Christmas and the Elves and we will certainly look into whether or not we need to improve our lighting and signage... More

We visited over the weekend, although some of the facilities were not open we still had a nice day out. The petting area was great, my daughter was petting donkeys, sheep, alpacas, goats and almost petted a pig but it went off and got a bit frisky with another pig so we left them to it haha. The staff were... More

Thanks so much for your very informative review and I'm so glad you enjoyed your trip to Hatton Adventure World so much; you really sound to have got the most out of it which is exactly what we love to hear! Visited Hatton Country World yesterday typical dark dreary wet and windy January day but thought that my 10 year old daughter would love to see the animals. Although you can't use many of the facilities it’s still full price to get in but I though this to be OK as I understand that bills have to be paid animals fed... More

Thanks for your detailed review. I was obviously concerned to read your comments and have discussed them at length with Alice, the lady who manages Scales & Tails and the animal handling sessions. Firstly, the entry price at the moment is much lower than it is in the Spring and Summer as we are unable to incorporate many of our... More

we visited yesterday and overall had a good experience. However this was marred by the experience in the SpInning Jenny Cafe. It really is very badly organised. We had to wait in line for an age just to get to the till where we could order our coffees and tea. We were then told to sit down and they would... More

It's 'ok' but I resent paying £21 for two adults and a two year old to get in somewhere which really could be a lot cheaper. £8.50 for an adult and £6.50 for the two year old. Ouch! Wish I had brought my own food with us too. The canteen is so expensive. It cost another £21 to purchase some... More

We visited today and enjoyed walking around the farm. Unfortunately none of the fairground rides seemed to be working and things looked covered over. This was a shame as the children wanted a go on them. The heater skelter outdoor slide had to be used with sacks but these were all wet and dirty which was again a little bit... More

Thanks for taking the time to post your review and I'm glad that overall you enjoyed your day at Hatton Adventure World.
