We decided to take our daughter and her new born son for a day out in Stratford. Once there we parked and walked over to the butterfly farm, to get in to see and experience the butterfly's was a very reasonable price per person. We spent a fantastic amount of time just walking round and looking at the butterfly's and... More

We decided to visit the butterfly farm on a recent stay in Stratford. Within seconds of paying and walking in the door we were surrounded by a wide variety of butterflies. Throughout the farm there continued to be more varieties revealing themselves, some of which were incredibly tame and happy to land on passing people, whilst others were a little... More

Pros: Interesting look at a wide variety of butterflies and other insects etc.Maybe more fun with young children as they discover the joys of the butterflies landing on them. Cons: Didn't feel the £6.50 entrance fee was good value

I went with my sister on a day that was cool summer, it was humid in the butterfly house but it is their environment and not for us. Beautiful butterflies all flying around, immediately coming to sit on you. I wore white and my sister had a pale ash pink top on which attracted them more. The creature house was... More

I went here with my sister-in-law and one-year-old niece, and thoroughly enjoyed it! Not only did I enjoy the experience of seeing butterflies of all types and colours flying freely around the place and landing on you, but what made it special was the look of pure joy and wonder on my niece's face the whole time we were there.... We thoroughly enjoyed it but found it a bit expensive nearly £13 for two adults and we was in there less than an hour, my husband said it was 40minutes but we had no children with us, so if you have children you maybe in there alot longer. The smell is the thing that got me there was alot of... More

My 6 and 4-year-old always have to visit whenever we go to Stratford upon Avon. They love everything, not just the butterflies. There's plenty to photograph and a small gift shop and outside garden too. Highly recommended

Beautiful and very well looked after! Lots and lots of butterflies to see, many different varieties! Lovely to see such beautiful coloured butterflies. The place itself has lovely scenery as your walking through such as ponds and bridges! There are also other sections with other wildlife, such as caterpillars, spiders and many more! 🐛🐌🐚 Plenty to see and do.. You... More

We have just visited the butterfly farm! Well we drove for an hour and had hoped the spend at least a few hours there with having a little picnic in between. How wrong we were. You walk through a gift shop to get in which is fine. We paid £18.50 for a family ticket (2ad,2ch age 8 & 5) we... More
