Spent a very pleasant couple of hours here. Absolutely loved it. I didn't realise the variety of butterflies that were present

Saw the advertising board for it as we were walking around the canal and decided to take a look. The butterflies were all beautiful. Their were also some big carp which you could feed, 2 Iguanas, an insect room which also had lizards, a caterpillar room and a arachnid room. Really glad we went.

Excellent time with my toddler - loved it and it was very interesting and educational. Going again tomorrow! Recommended.

Dropped in as we were walking past and my friend wanted to take a look. Glad we did. There were so many butterflies and also insects and birds. Great way to spend an hour or so.

You don't have to be mad keen on butterflies to enjoy visiting. I couldn't spot some of the caterpillars and other insects but no matter. The free flying area is bigger than you think and going around again or even standing still means you see even more. Kids love it when a butterfly lands on them. And they often land... More

Just returned from a visit to the butterfly farm having visited several times in the past. A very disappointing day out, hardly any butterflies and lots of dead ones littered about everywhere. When we mentioned this to staff on the way out they didn't seem at all bothered and just stated it's school holidays and late in the day! We... More

Great way to see a wide variety of butterflies flying freely around you. Also a good exhibition of insects and spiders.

This little slice of the tropics lies across the river from the theatre. It's very entertaining, a great place to while away an hour or so, and it does a good deal for families as well as disabled people and their carers. Take the chance on a cold day to remember summer as you walk amongst the butterflies, which fly... More

Fascinating place! Wonderful for butterfly lovers as you can observe them in detail and up close. Takes about 40-50 minutes.

A fantastic experience with so many colourful butterflies darting around in a tropical setting. A visit not to be missed if you love butterflies. One word of advice - the atmosphere is tropical and very humid so if you wear glasses or take a camera in, be aware that your lenses will STEAM UP. Take some tissues and lens wipes.... More
