There are just so many different species of butterfly to be found in here. You have to be careful you don't step on one! Different sizes and shapes and such beautiful colours. There are also insects, reptiles and spiders. Children love it. Situated just a short walk from the theatre makes it an ideal location. Well worth a visit.

This was the first place that I wanted to visit when my husband and I decided to visit to Stratford . Was not disappointed . It's a small place but that's part of its charm. Beautiful butterfly's , could stay there a good few hours in awe of these lovely little creatures. Will definitely come again .

I came to visit the butterfly farm with my friend on a recent trip to Stratford. We arrived quite close to closing time, however made the most of our time there. There are plenty of butterflies to see, as well as the quails that run around free and the arachnid and insect houses (which we unfortunately we didn't get a... More

Husband and I visited here on a Sat morning. Good value for money, lovely to be able to walk around and view different types of butterflys, one even landed on me and sat on my shoulder! There are also a couple of side rooms exploring caterpillars and spiders etc which was lovely. Nice touch was that they provide a room... More

I really enjoyed this experience. If you wear bright yellow with any luck you will be covered in beautiful butterflies. It does get a little warm so dress appropriately. Gift shop. Great fun.

If you have a couple of hours to spend, this is a great place to visit as not only does it house beautiful butterflies and explain the life cycle, it has snakes and spiders too !

I was brought here for a Mother's Day treat. I certainly enjoyed my visit. There were lots of wonderful butterflies flying freely around lovely flowering shrubs, resting on leaves, sucking the nectar from flowers and fruit. We were able to see the caterpillars munching on bushes in another section and also the chrysalis hanging in the hatchery. Other things to... More

I have been to other butterfly farms but this one is great because they have things that waddle, creep and slither as well as fly! It was generously stocked with so many of these beautiful creatures and loads of opportunities to study them up close. The farm is not big and, overall, a bit ramshackled but there's plenty to see...
