Entrance fee allows you to come out and go back in throughout the day. Once inside it is very warm and humid, it's like a tropical garden, the butterflies are flying all around you and they land on you or buggy. My grandchildren loved it, it was educational showing the life cycle of caterpillars, with eggs, pupae in natural surroundings.... More

Fantastic attraction, something really different. The gardens and butterfly's are amazing along with the huge fish in the pond. If you're into photography take a macro lens for some fantastic pictures. On a summers afternoon it was very hot in the greenhouses - leave coats etc. in the car!

Located near to town centre, you have to park on a public car park nearby. My daughter was able to get in free with her Blue Peter badge card and we also used Tesco club card vouchers. There's a nice gift shop. The butterfly house is very warm so wear something light. There are hundreds of butterflies to look at,... More

The front garden leading up to the farm is beautifully laid out with amazing shrubs and flowers blooming in the summer. The gift shop is a little run down and typically touristy, but you pay for your entrance ticket at the till. As you walk in, there are many species of butterflies fluttering away. Only thing I would say is... More

We visit regularly as it is my nephews favourite place and fascinates both the younger and older members of the family. I enjoy watching the butterflies flying around the main enclosure and there are plenty of educational displays about the life cycle of the butterfly

At under £20 for a family ticket, this was a lovely experience. You enter the butterfly farm through a gift shop which is suprisingly very reasonably priced. Once inside the main area its truly magical. Hundreds of butterflies fluttering by and landing on you, aswell as budgies, quails, two iguanas and colourful fish. Staff are on hand to answer questions... More

The butterflies and various creatures are just amazing. The only thing that could be improved on would be the installaiton of an onsite cafeteria.

Wow! Wowowowowowow! How can you not love glorious big butterflies? VERY hot inside, you'll need to bring water and take frequent breaks if you bring the kids!
