Had fun

It was good, really enjoyed being around butterfly's ranging from different sizes and colours. But I think it could be cheaper.

Myself and my boyfriend were looking forward to visiting this place when em planned our night away. As we entered I could tell it had been neglected! It needed work doing to it as I felt it looked quite unprofessional and messy. As for the butterflies, they were beautiful. I did see a lot of dead butterflies which was quite... More

Unexpectedly stumbled upon The Butterfly Farm and we were pretty pleased! Yes, it is small BUT it's what you stop to look at that makes this visit worthwhile, rather than getting in and out as quickly as possible. There is a lot of butterflies here, darting in and out of trees, multiple colours and sizes, perfect for keen photographers. Some... More

As a keen photographer and insect fan, this is a must see for us. Always come back with hundreds of shots. Great to see exotics, and the iguanas were unexpected. Youngsters in the farm seemed to enjoy having butterflies all around them. Recommended

The queues were very long and the trip around was very quick....The butterflies were beautiful but I felt the whole area needed cleaning up and was a bit of a mess really. Also if you decided you would like to buy a gift from the shop you had to queue all over again!!! Not funny!!!

I took my teenage daughter here as part of our Easter trip to Stratford. I used a leftover £10 Tesco voucher and added the extra £1.50 cash to gain our entry. Based on that I'd say the visit was worth the money. We visited on what was the hottest day of the year so far, that was a huge mistake... More

Plenty of fabulous tropical butterflies e.g. the beautiful and unusual glass-winged butterfly from Mexico, to see and many photo opportunities. More photos / drawings to help with identification would be useful and more facts about the butterflies would be interesting. A room with caterpillars and pupae was interesting. A bonus was the many quail running around with very cute chicks.... More

Lovely place but has so much more potential if some of the money was reinvested appropriately. The children loved the place. So many butterflies landing on them. The additional 3 rooms could have been better. There was a lack of creatures visible in some areas. On the whole, worth a visit (45 mins) as part of your day oit in... More
