Ive always loved butterflys, I find them enchanting and magical! - Its a shame that they seem it be disappearing from our British countryside. I have been here 3-4 times over the last few years and I absoluetly refused to visit Stratford without visiting the Butterfly Park. The farm is really quite small but it has an abundance of beautiful... More

Visited here a few times with a friend and her son. My parents and 9 year old niece had never been so we decided to visit when we were in the area. Quite pricy to get in, but it is value for money. The quails were lovely and we managed to see 2 of the iguanas. Niece was initially scared... More

Yes it is a little pricey but if you like Butterflies it's probably worth it. My issue is the insect/spider section, there is a quite large blue tongued skink (lizard) in a box just a bit larger than it's total body length which is just not right. The area where this and other creatures are kept is quite large so... More

Despite the fact butterflies make me quite nervous i really enjoyed my visit to the butterfly farm. There are so many beautiful butterflies to see, so many opportunities for some gorgeous photos. On top of that there are reptiles, arachnaids, moths, catapillers and all sorts to see. You can easily spend a lot of time here. Plus its a great... More

Great attraction, pity its starting to look a little tatty in places. Lots and lots of butterflies, really amazing and kids love it. No toilets on site, though public toilets available 150 yds away, be forewarned with kids. Tickets allow you to return as many times as you want on same day. Certainly worth visiting, but not high end quality.

The butterfly farm in the park by the river is a lovely way to spend an hour or so. The gardens surrounding the butterfly house are full of insect and butterfly friendly plants. The butterfly house is thronging with exotic creatures that will come to you for food. There are separate areas for hatching, as well as an area featuring... More

Although it doesn't take very long to go around the farm. It's a nice activity to do with the family if you have small ones.
