Good for walking dogs but not many people pick up their litter so i was very putt off. Good long walk if you have a dog that needs a long walk

A great place to bring the kids as you can incentivise them to cycle back and get an ice cream from carriages cafe. Ideal safe place for them to pedal about . I tend to stop short of the sewage farm though in the hot weather...

I regularly walk along the stratford Greenway with my dog. It is an extremely safe place to let your dog off the lead and run for a 10 mile round trip. Equally have cycled and jogged along. If cycling you obviously have to be mindful of dogs and so can't go too fast. Love it and long may it remain.

We use the greenway for walking and cycling. Its great to walk with the kids and not worry about them with traffic, except for the occassional cycle. We also regularly cycle on the greenway which is peaceful and traffic free. The 5 mile run from Stratford to Long Marston is flat and a good riding service. Great for young riders... More

What a brilliant use of an old and rather ugly area of land! We recently stayed very close to the start of the Greenway in Upper Quinton and were thrilled to see how the development was taking shape. Lovely flat cycle paths beautifully thought out and in the process of being landscaped. As most of this is on an old... More

Been walking the Greenway for several months and never get bored. Beautiful sunny day like it was today makes it a even more of a pleasure. Nice flat terrain makes walking easy although cycle enthusiasts also use the Greenway. Parents with younger children will find the walk safe for their kids to enjoy no motor traffic or fumes to contend... More

I cycle along the greenway. On a mountain bike it's fine but on a road bike it can be pretty bumpy! Never the less it's a lovely place to ride and what a great idea to use the old railway line : ) There are a couple of cafés along the way, both of them making use of old railway... More

What a lovely walk along an old railway line. Very clean, pleasant walkway. You can go as far as you like with wonderful views across the racecourse and river avon. Friendly passers by amble at your own pace. Coffee at the rail carriage was a pleasant surprise as my spouse is a train enthusiasts. No hurry ,no worries, peaceful.

Local cafe in two parts on the greenway, great idea to use an old train as this was an old railway but it doesn't look too clean the stairs look rotten and the service depends on the staff working. Excellent stop off from a walk good out of the rain position but nothing to blow you away with the food,... More

I was surprised to find somewhere to run away from the traffic. This trail along an old railway track passes through fine country and connects to the paths along the river Avon!
