Going through a lock was interesting but the trip it self was too short less than 20mins for £6, most of that time was waiting in the lock. would be nice if it was longer but good commentary.

very short trip took longer to get through the locks than the trip itself, was disappointed, but our own fault we chose the wrong one.

It's a very nice place to sit and relax, many people eat fish and chips on the benches. It's a large open space with lots of grass and I imaginary I'm summer it will be the perfect picnic spot. Pubs, restaurants and other food shops near by. The canal boats are interesting to see and some offer tours. It's a... More

We regularly do a 3 mile walk by the river. You pass rowing club (regular training/racing), several cafe/restaurants, bowling club, mini golf, small ferry (passengers only), the Theatre, ice cream sellers and plenty of benches to rest if necessary and people watch. In the summer months there are street entertainers. There is also a bandstand and plenty of grass to... More

We had several long walks along both the canal and the River Avon. Beautiful scenery and lovely little places to sit and watch the swans or ducks. Highly recommended
