Of course no trip could be completed without coming here. Excellent staff telling us details of life in the house and it is always amazing to be so close to the bard. The gardens were really lovely.

A lovely place and such a calm relaxed atmosphere. The house had more character than Williams. Well worth visit. Do recommend in summer to see the garden in bloom.

A well worth while visit. Beautiful grounds and an amazing collection of old furniture. The guides give an interesting insight into life of yesteryear.

Great visit beautiful garden with great flowers. Gardiner was very knowledgeable about what was planted. The cute historic cottage gave a great idea about styles of living years ago. Had a great host John who had a great sense of humour and sound knowledge of the house and history Car parking was close one pound for three hours. No crowds... More

I could of stayed in the garden all day! It is surrounded by beautiful planting and had the feel good factor when you walked around. The cottage is stunning!

Visited on a wet Sunday morning om our way home from our weekend in Stratford. Such a lovely place with the most beautiful gardens. Suzanne gave us so much information about the history of the house too which really brought it to life for us. We are planning to go back very soon to explore the gardens too as the... More

Beautiful cottage! Shame the weather was awful - could have spent ages wandering the gardens. Will go back again.

When we got there it was closed, but we wandered around outside. The walk to the cottage was quite nice, we enjoyed walking through the park. I wish the place was open later, as the sun was still shining, but I think we'll go again and time it better.

We came here at the beginning of the month. I would recommend that before you go to any of the Shakespeare Properties, make sure that you get some vouchers and go for the 5 house package. Otherwise, each property will set you back by quite a bit. To get into Anne Hathaway's House costs about £15.00 each which is way... More

One of the highlights of Stratford-upon-Avon. The grounds are beautiful and you can see how hard the staff work to maintain them. Lovely woodland walk, very romantic. We arrived at opening time and it wasn't too busy.
