I have done guided walks before and often found them very useful in opening up news areas in a locxation that we may never have seen before. We were therefore hoping to perhaps find some little-known streets in Stratford to explore but the walk was very much only along the 2 main thoroughfares. The guide seemed a little bored (guess he'd... Can only echo all the positive reviews on here. We did the walk with Helen and found her very knowledgeable and engaging. The time flies by and we absorbed a wealth of information about the history of Stratford, which greatly enhanced our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our walk and found it great value and would highly recommend it to anyone... More

I don't normally write reviews but felt I ought to given how much we enjoyed our walk with Barbara. She was great and went out out of her way to ensure my daughter - the only child on the tour - felt included. Both informative and amusing we would thoroughly recommend to others.

Can thoroughly recommend this walk - the 2 hours fly by but it is at a leisurely pace. Our guide Barbara was very knowledgeable and it was far more interesting way of finding out about local history and landmarks compared to looking at a map.

The best 6 pounds we have spent in England was with Helen as she guided us around Stratford and brought to life the town's history and connections with Shakespeare. Helen was informative, funny and really engaging. She made us feel this was the first time she had conducted the tour as her interaction felt fresh and lively. Many thanks for... More

This is such a great two hour walk - learning the history, and the little facts about the town - sadly i forgot the fantastically delightful lady who was taking us around - but she was an ex Councillor for the area.. and knew pretty much everything, as well as everyone it seemed.. with plenty of good mornings from the... Would have given this 5 starts but my husband didn't enjoy it so came out as an average. I thought the walk, at a very leisurely pace was a really good way of finding out about Stratford's history with a bit of humour thrown in. It is not all about Shakespeare either. The walk costs £6 and there is no... More

A very informative and interesting couple of hours, much better than following a map or looking in the shops. Our entertaining guide took us through beautiful stratford pointing out the intersting buildings and brilliant history, all for £6. Definately visit the church at the end.
