As members of a local Operatic Society, we are used to the 'theatricals', and we are all agreed we enjoyed an absolutely brilliant and fun filled evening, on this Guided Ghost Walk of Stratford-upon-Avon, learning the many tales about and surrounding the Town and its bygone days and characters. This was presented so well by our Guide, VINCENT, he certainly... More

My friend and I had the great fortune of being shown around Stratford by David. His tour was very informative and entertaining at the same time. He is very knowledgable about the area and obviously took great pride in showing people around the town. As others have mentioned, the discounts provided for activities after the tour are fantastic, but the... More

We've been to Stratford many times but have never taken this walk until now. Just over two hours walking that takes in a few of the main sights of the town and the history behind them. We found out a lot of new things about the town from our enthusiastic and welcoming guide (thank you Margot). Great value and fun.... More

David was an entertaining, humorous and knowledgable guide who made the two hours fly by. We would definitely recommend the town walk to friends and family, the discounts are an added bonus which make it excellent value for money.

Absolutely fantastic 2 hours learning about and exploring places that you wouldn't necessarily discover without a good research session beforehand. David was a friendly guide with a sense of humour which when combined with the facts along the way kept us completely entertained for the duration. Would recommend to everyone.

Used this walking town tour on Saturday 7 March....Met up at the swan fountain near the RSC theatre. The group was large and so 'we' were split up into two groups with about 20 people in each. The fee is £6 per adult but there are concessions for students/children etc so just ask and the guide will charge you accordingly.... More

We turned up on a cool but lovely sunny Saturday morning. Being a wheelchair user, I'm always aware a lot of these buildings, back streets were designed, long before the access rights. But I was able to enjoy the whole tour fully. Helen our guide was informative, knowledgeable and considerate to all the people on the tour. And I probably... More

Nothing to complain about really. Know next to nothing about Shakespeare myself, but I thought the walking tour was entertaining and informative, nevertheless. Plus, it's only £5 for concessions. Already made my money back when I bought the Birthplace pass at 2 for 1!

Had a the pleasure of taking a Town Walk in Stratford upon Avon, one Sunday morning in winter, inspite of the zero degrees....., we enjoyed it immensely! Margot, our Guide had us in the palm of her hand immediately, with her warm friendly nature and her vast knowledge, of Stratford and Shakespeare, her rhetoric and wit! We learnt a lot... More
