Fantastic exhibition on the history of gaming, and great to see both young and old audiences engaging across many ages of video gaming. Only lacking mature games, but probably due to largely younger audience. Good fun had, worth the entry price which funds both the exhibition and the centre. Bit busy due to half term but still managed to play... More

I went to the life center as my parents had heard there was a gaming event on. Them knowing that i was a big games fan they took me there. I really enjoyed it! The only bad thing is that the 4D motion ride was broken. I would deffinately suggest going here!

We visited on family ticket for the Game on exhibit. We weren't disappointed at all. The expo itself was fantastic with hundreds of playable games from retro arcade right up to Xbox one. As aside from Game on we visited the awesome planetarium and science labs. A great day out for all.

If you want to see the history of gaming go here. From Pong (on a giant screen) to many modern games. I loved this exhibition!!!!!!!!!! A real trip down memory lane for adults and loads of fun for children. The best afternoon I've had in ages. THIS IS A MUST DO :)

We have been here many times with our daughter over the years and have always enjoyed our time here. Visited one cold Saturday in May. Due to work being carried out we got in at a reduced rate and enjoyed our time as for once it was not busy. We managed to have a good look at everything including the... More

I asked my 12 year old daughter where she wanted to go for her birthday and this is what she picked. We've been a few times and this time was the quietest I've ever know the place. We were told on entry that work was being done and not everything was available and offered a reduced price of £15 for... More

The idea of the museum is lots of hands on experiments but some were a bit tired and a bit of guidance would have been nice. The planetarium show was excellent with really good visual effects but they could have put on more different shows we thought. They are having a new exhibition on computer games for half term so... I recently visited with my girlfriend. We both used to work in a similar attraction in the midlands and thought we would give Life a try and see what it was like having heard very little about it. When we got there the staff on the front desk were very helpful and explained everything we would need to know about... More
