We did the tour as part of a package, the Hotel was excellent, but I was left feeling like the tour could have been more. The lady taking the tour was certainly knowledgeable, and the inforama was quite impressive, but when you walk through an empty processing and bottling plant, with no activity I felt a little let down (everything... We came with some family members, did the tour to the vine yards and the internal one and it was interesting and informative (I didn't think they can make wine in England as a bit cold) we later had lunch and it was lovely and sat in the internal courtyard.. The gift shop has several nice things and got gifts... More

4 of us went here on a sunny Sunday. Olivia on reception was lovely but the star was Mona. She was the tour guide for the inside cellar tour. Really knowledgable and interesting! As others have said, the video is old, but the rest if the tour was great. They were very generous with pouring their taster wines! I wouldn't... More

We went to the vineyard on a visit organised by CIMA. I was very impressed with the outside tour, the guide was great and knew his stuff. I would give this part five out of five. Then we went on the inside wine tour, this was very rushed and not as good as the outside part. You watch a very... More

Spent a lovely morning doing the Wine Tasting and Cellar tour. You drive in through the vineyard so can see vines and their grapes. There is plenty of free parking. We booked through Wowcher so paid half price which we feel is a good price. We wouldn't want to pay any more. We arrived half an hour before our tour... More

Birthday treat for me and friend from our daughters. Absolutely loved it. Went to Gallery Restaurant, food and service was fab, train tour with sparkling wine, and then cellar tour with talk and 3 tastings. A perfect day. Weather was great on the day (23 July) but to be honest it would still have been lovely if not so sunny.

We bought the Landrover train tour into the hills, the cellar/factory tour and tasting and had lunch in between The hill tour was on a very nice day and the views spectacular, our guide able to field a number of unexpected questions. That was great. We did the cellar tour a few years ago and little has changed - the... More
