A really great day out. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Soft play area is great. The tea rooms are lovely with a good choice of food. Have visited other farms but this is by far the best.

Taking my grand children aged 5 and 8 to Bockets Farm was a great idea. They both loved collecting the animal stamps to get their animal passports. All the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The pig race was amazing.

Brilliant day out this weekend at Bocketts Farm. Within minutes of our arrival the kids had discovered both the trampolines and the big indoor play barn (soft play area). After hurtling round the barn for 15 minutes I managed to persuade them to come and see the goats being milked in the small animal village. Along with the goats there... More

Plenty of activities for the children. Slides, trampolines, swings, sit on tractors all both indoors and outdoors. Pony ride, tractor rides, pig races. Animals to look at and feed. All very new and up to date. Kept the children busy and happy for 3 hours. Only criticism was the pony ride was £2 but lasted about 2 minutes if that... More

Bocketts Farm has to be one of the best children's farms for miles around. I have been taking my niece and nephew since they were 4 and 8 ( now 6 and 11). They both enjoy the wide range of indoor and outdoor activities - nearly all of which are free. Recently I took my niece's cousin (13).She loved it... More

Went here yesterday with my 3 year old and 7 year old. We arrived at 10.15 and had to park in the field as car park was already full (expected in the summer holidays) queue appeared long but soon went down. Prices are average for the area so was not shocked at it being nearly £30 to enter. Bought some... More

We went to Bocketts Farm with a 7 month old, 2 and 5 year old. The farm was quite busy. They have made some major improvements since we last visited 3 years ago. There were two new barns to visit, and new toilet facilities. The animals are very well cared for, and the children love feeding them. The playground is... More

We thought it would be a nice place to take our grandchildren for a treat, but it is very expensive. We did not anticipate all the 'extras' you need to pay for once inside, and I found I needed to use Scottish notes at the gift shop. I was humiliated by being asked to stand at the end of the... I was very sorry to hear of the incident in our gift shop during your visit this week. We do accept Scottish notes and this should of course have been the case on Friday. I was made aware of the situation shortly after you left the gift shop as our shop manager, who had been radioed, had tried to find... More

Spent a lovely 3 hours here today with an 8 year old. Lots of cute well cared for animals and activities. Probably more suitable for younger children but a really nice relaxed atmosphere and well organised with plentiful hand washing facilities after touching the animals.
