We went to the Monkey Forest on Good Friday & spent most of the day in queues. There were long queues to get in - up to an hour for some. Then there were very long queues for the cafe & even for the gift shop, I gave up after 20 mins waiting to pay for postcards for our children.... More

Its ok at best, I personally wouldn't travel too far for this attraction. There are monkeys & a picnic area & that's basically it. Theres not much more to say really.

If you want to have a fun for all family - this is place for you. Very pleasant surprised. A lot of monkeys everywhere - Singles, with kids, couples.... Its fantastic!!!! Just one minus this park - not very good food in the café. So better to find another option where to eat. Any way thanks for great funny time.

Visited last year for my daughters birthday- had the "kids go free" vouchers so it was a bargain. Interesting talks about the monkeys and good question and answer session. My daughters loved it. Just wish the walk was a little longer. Lovely picnic area although play area could be bigger. Fab day out with a great gift shop that was... More

We travelled from Liverpool to here today, its didnt start off well. We got stuch in a traffic jam on the M6 Junc 18-17 for 45 mins. We then got to the Monkey Forest and found it hard to park at 11am, driving round for a while and having to struggle into small parking spaces due to other visitors taking... More

Arrived at 10.05am, opened at 10am & already a 20 minute queue to get in. Opened a third till for cash only which helped but the queue to get in when we left (about 1pm) must have been over an hour. The actual forest was good with monkeys all over the place eating, sleeping & playing. The talks were really... More

My husband and I took his granddaughter to the Monkey Forest recently. It was free for her to get in as an under three, and we paid £7.50 each for ourselves. The park was very well kept, the staff friendly and informative and the animals were obviously very happy and well cared for. However, I thought the entry fee was... More

We planned to visit the monkey forest on the way back from Birmingham with our 2 boys aged 3 & 7. I found the entry price a little high, the actual forest route pretty short and was surprised by the cafe as it felt like a bog standard motorway cafe serving chips, fish fingers & beans?? i was hoping for...
