Monkey Forest is completely unique to the UK. It is the only place that you can walk amongst 140 Barbary macaques roaming free in 60 acres of beautiful English Forest. Walking in the park transports you into a different world through close contact with the monkeys.

My Husband bought me a VIP ticket to enjoy breakfast with the monkeys. I had a fantastic time feeding them and learning about them from the friendly, knowledgable keepers. I was a great experience!

Went with our daughter back last summer and had a great visit, great talks by the keepers as you walk around, can be abit heavy on your legs if you have trouble walking,it's abit up and down, but look out for monkeys in the trees they don't mind weeing on you from above which my daughter found funny but if weather is nice... Thank you for your review of Monkey Forest. The pathway is ¾ of a mile long and does include some steeper hills, however, multiple benches situated around the forest make for the perfect viewing spot. We are glad to hear your daughter found this amusing! We hope to welcome you all back soon. More

We enjoyed a great afternoon at the Monkey Forest. It is well laid out and easily accessible by all. It is well priced and you can spend hours watching the monkey's running about. Feeding time was very informative. A place to return to year after year.

part if this experience was a paid for birthday gift from my family for me to have "breakfast" with the monkeys. This entailed arriving an hour before the park was opened to the general public and being one of only 2 people to feed the monkeys. the park was quiet yet bustling with curiosity from the monkeys. you are not... Second time here and we love it. Plenty of monkeys too see and in a great environment. Good value at £8 each also. The last time we went was two years ago and to be honest I would have thought there might have been some investment since then with some hands on display or interactive exhibit to stretch the visit... This is a different day out, involves walking and being outside Take a stroll round the paths of the monkey forest and observe, photograph the many animals you will see Talk to the staff in the forest, their knowledge is very good and are approachable Points to note There is no cover if wet If you are pushing a pram,... Thank you for your review. Monkey Forest is unique to the UK, with 140 free-roaming monkeys. The ¾ of a mile pathway that runs through the monkey enclosure is wheelchair friendly, however, there are some steeper slopes. There are multiple open areas and benches situated throughout the forest, and we often recommend taking a moment to sit back and take... More

The main reason for our visit was to be able to get up close to the monkeys without being separated by great fences. Monkey Forest is worth a visit just to be able to get this personal visit and see the monkeys in a relaxed open environment. Ample free parking is available and admission for adults is 8.00, you are... More

I went to Monkey Forest with a friend after visiting Trentham Gardens (on a separate review). We had a great afternoon, seeing the monkeys roaming free & exhibit their natural behaviour. The staff & handlers was very friendly, and helpful. Entrance fee is very reasonable, £8 for adults. Monkey Forest also has a gift shop, a good cafe/restaurant & a... More
