Monkey Forest is completely unique to the UK. It is the only place that you can walk amongst 140 Barbary macaques roaming free in 60 acres of beautiful English Forest. Walking in the park transports you into a different world through close contact with the monkeys.

Just took our time and in fact went round twice. To learn about these monkeys was an interesting experience. Well done to the estate... More

We found this place on google by mistake. What an amazing mistake! Firstly the location is stunning. The giant forest trees are gorgeous and the whole surrounding is beautiful. It would be a wonderful walk without the monkeys so imagine how amazing it is with those beautiful animals playing about. We took three children, 2, 9 and 13 and all... More

Took the 3 yr old grandson for a visit to see the monkeys, highly excited in anticipation of seeing the monkeys up close. He/we were not disappointed, nice easy walk through the the woodland, with lots of guides for info, loads of monkey families real close and not intimidated at all. Good playground outside the enclosure for the little ones... More

Had a great time! My daughter loved the monkeys! Food a bit pricey, but then it always is at these places, otherwise a nice family day out.

When a friend sent me a link to this place, i couldn't believe it, you can walk around freely with the monkey's and they are so well behaved and mischievous. there is plenty to do and great for kids - lovely gardens and parks.

We only decided to visit on a whim, having passed the Monkey Forest a few days earlier as we drove south. On the way home we decided we had to visit. Well sign posted and easy to find, Monkey Forest is wonderful. £8 for adults to get in (didn't notice kid prices) which includes as many walks through the monkey... More
