Perfect for a little day out! We went during a bank holiday weekend, which was really busy, but nevertheless still ok for taking your time to view the monkeys. We were quite surprised at how quick it can take to walk round the whole place, so take your time to view the monkeys - there is no rush! It is... More

We were surprised at how good the Monkey Forest is.It is suitable for all ages but I would advise avoiding Bank Holidays and school holidays if you have no children, as there can be lengthy queues to enter. The 140 Barbary Macaques live completely naturally, there only contact with humans are the hourly feeding sessions. It is clear to see that... More

The car park is small so had to use overflow some walk away. Road extremely dusty on way in . Queues massive but went into cash only queue which was better. Be prepared for a steep walk quite hilly. Baby monkeys are gorgeous and it was nice to see them playing. You can come out and return to monkey enclosure... More

We went to the Monkey Forest on Good Friday & spent most of the day in queues. There were long queues to get in - up to an hour for some. Then there were very long queues for the cafe & even for the gift shop, I gave up after 20 mins waiting to pay for postcards for our children.... More

Its ok at best, I personally wouldn't travel too far for this attraction. There are monkeys & a picnic area & that's basically it. Theres not much more to say really.

If you want to have a fun for all family - this is place for you. Very pleasant surprised. A lot of monkeys everywhere - Singles, with kids, couples.... Its fantastic!!!! Just one minus this park - not very good food in the café. So better to find another option where to eat. Any way thanks for great funny time.

Visited last year for my daughters birthday- had the "kids go free" vouchers so it was a bargain. Interesting talks about the monkeys and good question and answer session. My daughters loved it. Just wish the walk was a little longer. Lovely picnic area although play area could be bigger. Fab day out with a great gift shop that was... More

We travelled from Liverpool to here today, its didnt start off well. We got stuch in a traffic jam on the M6 Junc 18-17 for 45 mins. We then got to the Monkey Forest and found it hard to park at 11am, driving round for a while and having to struggle into small parking spaces due to other visitors taking... More
