I have no problem with the station but with the staff in the pumpkin cafe, I ordered a cup of tea off a very rude man I found the tea was mainly milk so was cold and weak, I asked the gentleman of I could have a fresh one with less milk when he snapped 'I did ask you how... More

Wonderful example of a traditional train station of a bygone era. Wonderful example of a steel glazed steel roof. Obviously used to have more than one tracks running through.

A very grand building, and a very user-friendly station. Ample car parking (£8/day, but much cheaper for season ticket parking; £4/day after 10am). Choice of two coffee shops (Pumpkin and Gourmet), with Pumpkin also having a small WH Smith stand within it. Nice toilets (free) and waiting rooms. Helpful staff. First class lounge is a real treat.

Nice station with some original Victorian features. Only two main lines with a third small side line. From where I was and could see waiting for the train there are two cafes, one looked not so good, Pumpkin and the other one called the Gourmet not much better, rather grumpy character there but had a couple of coffees which were... I have been through this station many times and have always found it easy to use. I travel to and from Oxford without a change.

So the station is very easy to get to with quick access from the A500. There are 3 main car parks nearby, car park 2 is very small though with limited spaces. Parking is also expensive I stayed for just over 24 hours and it cost £16. The outside of the building is very lovely a real old style station,... More

An extremely helpful customer service team. My daughter left her coat on the train today. When we enquired at the Customer Service desk the staff couldn't be any more helpful. I was delighted & certainly didn't expect this level of superior customer service!

A station in dire need of a revamp. Good connections and reasonably convenient to get to with good parking now. Everything wants updating and making the start or end of a journey more pleasant. I live in the area and would love to see people come to the area and have a great experience from the moment that they arrive... More

This station one of the architectural highlights of stoke on trent. A beautiful building with modern facilities. Also cheap tickets to Manchester and London when booked at least 2 weeks in advance. If you want a coffee. The gourmet coffee bar is the best choice.
