Visited Waterworld Saturday afternoon with my wife and our 3 yr old daughter. Not a nice experience at all. The whole place is filthy, scum floating on top of water, rusty rails, broken and cracked fllor tiles and sharp corners of broken tiles on steps. Place was packed out with 13-17 yrd olds who were fairly rowdy and pushy. Most... more

Went to Waterworld during February half term 2009, was very busy, too busy, left early due to the amount of people in there, was worried about accidents happening. Write up says Number1 Waterpark in UK, not so sure about that, compared to Splashdown in Poole. Will not be going back. Kids disappointed with slides. more

We visited late Saturday morning/early afternoon. It was not too busy and no queues etc.. However when we were leaving at 3pm it was unbearable - packed and noisy. We have a 4 year old and thought it was quite good for young children. There is a good waterplay area, several slides - 3 uncovered and 2 tube slides. There... more

What a waste of time, money and effort. Unless your between about 6 and 14 or have kiddies you will be bored. Myself and Fiancee (26 & 22) headed across from our hotel on a trip to Alton Towers purely as it was clsoe by. The 'rides' have been given no imagination and the staff lack enthuaism. The big colourful... more

Me and my partner (24+26) decided to be big kids for the day and set off on our 50 minute journey to Waterworld. We went on a Friday afternoon (kids at school) and paid £6.50 each. We changed in the mixed sex changing room and after paying double for a locker after the first one swallowed our money we headed... more
