Not a nice place to lose.

Came here to watch capital one cup. A nice sized ground with a fantastic atmosphere in both the away and home ends. Terrible design- the wind fires around the ground and its... read more

Been a few times to watch as an away fan and it's always cold! Parking can be a nightmare also, as can be most grounds. Been in their fan club, delilahs and the fans were sound! Good fans at Stoke and loud!

Went to see the Everton game and would rate as one of the poorest Premier league stadiums. Quite remote from any pubs or meeting places. Facilities within the ground are very cramped. Long queues for a beer which is served from behind a grill - not very friendly. Atrocious weather and we got wet in the front rows of the... More

Went to see the Stoke v Arsenel game here in January, brilliant stadium and the atmosphere was buzzing, loads of places to get hot food and drinks and a pint.

Okay place to visit by coach. Don't know if there is much car parking nearby. You need to wrap up warm though. Every time I have been here its been cold. The menus above concession stalls don't say what they have and The pie I had was lukewarm at best. The toilets are a bit on the small side too.... More

This is the worst football stadium I've ever been to. It's an absolute dump. The food is overpriced and my hot food came cold. The area is too remote for people that don't drive. Added to the staff being rude and unprofessional, it's a cold and miserable place. Wouldn't visit again!

It is for all kinds of visitors, family with kids, friends if you like football. You don't have to support Stoke to enjoy one the loudest crowds at a sporting event. The location is a bit awkward so the use of a car is preferable but there is a bus service on match days and an alternative drop off/ pick... More

The ground is OK - stewards friendly, some atmosphere. But is is a walk from a decent pub, the station etc and nowhere to park nearby. Make it difficult for away fans walking a long distance round the ground.

Great fans, great atmosphere and real supporters. No prawn sandwiches, just real passion, real atmosphere, this is how watching football should be. Great experience, sensible prices and good people
