Visited with my husband and 15month old son. Positives of the visit - free parking, cafe was clean and friendly, local to us. Negatives of the visit - I wouldn't class one cow, one pig and a dog a farm. We didn't visit the railway as we wanted a free day out.

Loads of cute shops and things to do. The farm is quite small but there are other things to do as well; train ride (at an extra cost), garden centre, farm shop, pottery shop (with paint your own etc), play barn. It is a really good day out/ few hours, especially on a nice day. The bouncy castle type thing... More

We visited on a Wednesday. We walked through the shops to find the toilets near the play barn. I hadn't been before so the lady let the children look at the play barn before paying for them to go in. I thought at 10 and 8 they might find it a bit boring. The children played continuously until they got... More

This was one of the worst places I have visited recently. Ok so entry is free, however they reap that back at any opportunity. The shops are overpriced and seem to open when they feel like it. The cafe is small, dark and sticky with meal deals displayed, despite the same sign stating not available during school holidays. The dairy... More

We visited the 2 pigs, horses, donkeys, 2 goats, hens before the children ventured in to the play barn. The indoor play barn has tractors to ride on, bouncy castles, a windmill, soft play area for the little ones, a whizzy double slide and outside was a giant jumpy pillow, sand pit and a telephone box that shoots water!! All... More

Struggling to review this place. My wife and I met up with family at Amerton simply for convenience as adults could have coffe and young ones could play. The main attraction is obviously the playbarn as this was packed and my three year old great granddaughter loved it however at £4.50 my grandson who payed was not so pleased. The... More

Had a lovely day here. Plenty to do, including the train ride and the wildlife rescue part to look around, both have a small charge but as entry to the farm is free I think that's very reasonable. Also the playbarn costs per child. There is a bakery and sweet shop on site. You can also feed the farm animals... More

we visit this farm regularly on our own and with grandchildren, it is very good, you can visit the animal yard, or the bakery and shops and there are also craft things to do, there is a small garden centre and a restaurant, as well as a picnic area. There is also a play barn for the children where you... More
