Playbarn and outside play area is great for kids, I used to like the indoor track for riding on tractors and bikes but there is now a huge slide taking up some of that area. The bakery is delicious and the gift shop has some very pretty things in. It's a lovely afternoon out and have an icecreams on the... More

Took a tots group. With little ones, the barn is essential. However staff really good, friendly, helpful, and the smallest tots who couldn't do a lot didn't have to pay. Well done and thanks staff

I've commented separately on the tearoom (worse) and the railway (better) so here I'll confine myself to the 'farm' attractions. There are a few animals in one of the sheds but this is not a petting zoo. Additionally there is the rescue centre which attracts a £2.50 entrance fee for adults and slightly less for children. I'm always reluctant to... More

We visit the Amerton Farm and craft centre on a tuesday in june. We had high hopes when we visited there website, but were very disappointed! The only thing you can do is shop. Walked around the farm but there is nothing more to see than shops. We wend in the windmill play barn and payed 4£ for our 3years... More

Visited the restraunt with a friend , just for coffee but was disappointed when the cream curdled , this was exchanged but the second cup did the same ! Staff were very apologetic and pleasant but why serve it when they admitted it was difficult to keep in the heat.

In the past we have visited the farm. My grandson was over from Australia, we took him there and I have to say it was disgusting. The animal enclosure was in disrepair, dirty and smelled terrible. To the point our grandson walked around covering his nose. On entering the staff although they could see us chose to ignore us until... More

As a child I was always brought kicking and screaming to this and other places like this. Im now a lot older and asked my partner if she would like to give it a go. Knowing there was a tea room I knew what the answer would be. Ive got to be honest I was really surprised at the place.... More

This is a great place to go for families with young children, and can keep you busy all day, but be warned that you can end up spending quite a bit if you do everything. Alternatively you can just make a quick pit stop for a nose round the farmyard and an ice cream. The wildlife rescue centre is £2.50... More
