Ive been visiting amerton farm for years. Theres plenty to do, there is a train ride you can take to see all the animals. A bakery if you get peckish with delicious food. A cafe. A shop and a sweet shop. But not to forget the childrens play barn! Which is great if you have young children, its full of... More

One of our family favourites. We love to wander around the Wildlife centre, see the blacksmith at work, treat ourselves to a Blackberry and Apple pie to take home after looking in the farm shop.

Don't know how this called a farm! There is hardly any animals and I felt sorry for the ones that were there as they seemed to live in cramped dirty conditions. Had a sandwich in the tea room and the bread was stale. Had a 1 year old and 3 year old with me so we visited the play barn.... More

We visited the 'farm' today with our 4 year old daughter. I've never been so disappointed in my life. The staff were rude and made no attempt at engagement merely took my £4.50 from me and closed the glass in my face. We headed into the play barn where there no seats, tables with dirty plastic tablecloths and poor lighting.... More

I took my 3 year old daughter to the play barn today whilst we were in the area visiting family. We visit play areas frequently but it was our first and last visit to this one. The barn was very dark, dingy and looked really dirty. I would certainly not order anything to eat! I also think it's very over... More

this attraction has a great restaurant, with pleasent staff although it does get busy and you do need to be patient. It also offers speciality shops, garden centre and some animals.

Amerton is a lovely place to visit, there are animals, shops, wonderful food in the tea rooms and lots for children to see and do. The wildlife visitor centre is well worth a visit, as is painting a pot in the pottery shop. The best cakes I have ever seen in the Cake shop too!

spent a nice afternoon around the centre and found the food in the café very nice and reasonably priced, the kids loved all the farm animals and it reminded me of my youth. trip was marred by a miserable, rude and somewhat overbearing old bugger working the animals, moaning git.

Easy parking but the place looked as though it could do with a re-vamp The "farmyard" consisted of a couple of ponies, a cow and 2 goats with chickens running about Oh and a pig! All the pens looked as though they needed a good clean the restaurant was acceptable and the food quite good and served quite quickly. The... More
