This attraction is located within Fletchers garden centre near Eccleshall, Staffs and can be found at the rear. It is a small friendly home for stray, injured or unwanted animals from monkeys to snakes, in fact any animal that needs a home. The admission is £4 for adults and £3 per child. You may think this is slightly expensive for... More

I brought my 2 year old nephew here during the holidays. The sanctuary includes birds of prey and exotic animals that have been rescued. It's a very small site, we only spent an hour here (hazards of a 2 year old with the attention span of a 2 year old) but they do bird of prey flying displays so you... More

My Review is based on customer services as opposed to an actual visit (as I haven't managed to visit) I had the zoo keeper experience bought me as a gift from my mom, After reading their website which states that their vouchers don't have an expiry date, We phoned yesterday and was told by a very rude lady that vouchers... Dear PBRBBx, We are puzzled as to why you would review our centre to inform other travellers when you admit that you have not visited us. However, we will try to address the main points that you have raised. As discussed during your 2 lengthy calls to us, we remain perplexed that you thought our website T&Cs would apply to... More

Staff are helpful and friendly and the kids loved it. But as adults we were able to see beyond the fur and feathers to the structure of the premises which was like many in the UK needing a bit of attention. In their defence I admit that having visited Loro Parque on the Canary Islands it set such a very... More

Dear Arrem, Thank you for your review. I am sorry you were disappointed with your visit but glad that your children enjoyed our centre. Scent and smell play a vital role for all animals as it helps them to identify each other, their territories and to avoid danger. Some of these smells unfortunately may not be so palatable to humans,... More

We visited today and we enjoyed every moment. Well worth £4 per adult and it was great to see happy and healthy animals that were obviously very well cared for. I liked how it had a background story of each animal, it gives them each an identity which I really liked. Staff seem friendly and at very caring about the... More

We went on Father's Day and although busy it wasn't manic. Good selection of birds and animals, reasonably priced. Tea shop in garden centre sells delicious home made cakes!

We had bought a Groupon voucher some time ago for the falconry experience and nearly wasted it as the expiry date was rapidly approaching. However we did manage to fit it in and we are so glad we did as we both had a superb day out. We arrived early and had time for a decent lunch in the adjoining... More
