A hassle-free and enjoyable way to see Stonehenge from Bath - we just booked online and then turned up at the collection point on the day. Scarper arranged everything else. The bus left on time, and we had a smooth journey to Stonehenge. Our very friendly driver, Chris, showed us some sights along the way, and picked up our tickets... More

We recently visited Bath, and had limited time to see Stonehenge. We selected Scarper tours because they went to Stonehenge, and came back to Bath. It's not that it wouldn't have been nice to see more of the countryside, but there's never enough time to see everything you'd like. The tour was a perfect length, and our driver, John, provided... 1st off- you need time here! My party of 3, took the Scarper Tours Bus {5 hour round trip} from outside the Abbey in Bath to Stonehenge. During the 1 hour drive (to & from the monument) in a mini bus, our driver/guide gave information & interesting facts about the local countryside & the our visit to the Stones .... More

The bus was a nice way to get from Bath to see Stonehenge in the afternoon. The driver pointed out unique landmarks along the way, and shared some interesting facts about the region. Once at the visitor center he gave a quick overview of how the visit would work, pointed out the shop, museum, food, and bathrooms before directing us... More

You can't get so close not to splurge and go. Public transport is difficult and not that much cheaper if you still pay entry. If you are travelling without a car. Scarper tours is a good option/ limited one of the only options to choose. Support the local business. Sure it is just rocks built thousands of year ago for... More

Let me start by saying how incredibly easy it was to book this tour online, informative friendly guide. Great information about the local area on the way to Stonhenge. Our guide picked up our audio guides and tickets making a seamless transition and thoroughly enjoyable tour. Brilliant! Made what we expected to be a stressful trip very simple and enjoyable.... Central pick up and drop off point. Friendly guide, who points out a few things on the drive out to Stonehenge. The guide pre books the tickets for you, so when you get to Stonehenge it is a pretty painless procedure, as you're given your ticket and your audio guide and sent on your way. We had 2 hours at... If you are planning your Stonehenge visit and still looking at options, I highly recommend Scarper Tours. Scarper Tour operates out of Bath. I took a National Express bus from the Victoria Coach Station in London to Bath, a round trip adult ticket cost me £25 (bought two days before day of travel). The purple Scarper tour bus will wait...
