I felt ill on the day and unable to go. They said they couldn't sell my treatments which was a bit mean especially when there were queues of people outside. They promised to ring me back and didn't. Bye bye £150. Wouldn't cost them anything to let you change the day of the spa session as a minimum. A Friend... more

Our first disappointment came when we arrived at 5pm on a saturday night and found we had to queue for approx half an hour to get in despite the fact we'd already paid for the New Royal bath session. My friend and I went to the Thermae Bath Spa for a 2hour session on Fri 30th October. The changing room/locker system was unnecessarily over compilcated. There was a maze of lockers and changing cubicles to navigate around- you could easily find yourself in a dead end. A great treat with the Twilight package giving you around 3 hours and includes robe, towel and slippers, and a light meal in the cafe, for £37.50. However the Moroccan kebabs were very tough and we could not eat them so felt a bit let down. Other choices may be better! Might try the Cross Bath next time at £13... more

Visited with my husband on a Monday morning so it wasn't overly busy (thankfully). Had been really looking forward to it, but have to say that for the money we were slightly disappointed. We had a two hour spa session, not sure what you would do there for four hours if you were not having a treatment. The nicest area... more

My boyfriend and I visited the spa for a treat. It was not cheap - £22 for 2 hours, not including robe, slippers, towel hire. However, we really enjoyed ourselves and loved the experience of the roof top heated pool! The unfortunate thing with the spa is that they're very strict on timings.
