We went with friends to this spa. We all enjoyed our treatments (Watsu and full body massage) and the spa. The steam room is fantastic! There were a few things that are holding this one back from excellent, though. 1. A friend got a full-body massage, and we got a hot bath treatment. In our treatments, the spa fee (28... More

We enjoyed this - we were out by 1pm and I am glad because as we passed later the queue was out of the door. We would definitely not have liked it any more crowded than we had, and I'm guessing it gets very busy later in the day. Even at that time the rooftop pool was too busy for... More

We booked a 2 hour session here and although it was lovely, I was glad we were in early (10am). It was full of large parties of people and by the time we left the queue to get in was going out the door. However whilst we were in we were able to do everything offered. The basement "bath" was... Took a friend for her birthday. Place was clean but as others have said VERY BUSY. not like on website pics. Food was average. I needed gluten free and vegetarian which only gave me limited choice. One I think! Waitress thought the Parmesan was the gluten problem not the pasta and I had to tell her to speak to the... More

I visited bath spa on Tues 22nd July with my friend. We booked it on Sunday and were greeted by the receptionist ,Jessica. She was fantastic, and really worked hard to accommodate what we wanted and fit in our chosen treatments, even changing things as I was not comfortable with a male therapist. So we arrived early on Tues and went straight to the lovely... We arrived and had pre booked so went inside straight away although we still had to cue, not enough info was given and signage not clear in the whole building. Roof top bath was full to bursting and the lower pool was busy too! We were given a main meal and a glass of wine which were incredibly stingey a... More

Just returned from a trip to Bath and was in two minds about going to the spa as had read other reviews about it being expensive but decided to give it a go. Really pleased we did, although it cost £28 each for two hours, it was absolutely worth it and was great to relax from all the walking we... More

Still a lovely place to unwind and relax. My skin always feels so good after a trip here. Things are starting to look a bit dated and the price for two hours is a little steep. Time goes so quickly.

We loved the rooftop hot water spa pool. The views of Bath are good from up here. The steam rooms were very steamy and clean. Another of the pools had currents and bubbles, good fun! We hired their towel, bathrobe and slipper package for £9 and it did make life easier. We spent two hours here but you could double... More

Having visited Bath on several occasions, decided it was time to try the famous mineral baths first-hand having learnt about its history on a couple of visits to the Roman Baths. Our party took advantage of one of the treatment packages priced at £69 and, I must say, I found it good value for money. The package included hire of... More

Thank you for your positive and constructive feedback. We will pass on your comments about the treatments to our therapists. Weekdays are usually quieter than weekends, however, during this spell of good weather the rooftop pool has been very popular. In general, weekends and school holidays are our busiest time and summer tends to be busier than the winter months.... More
