we went on 2 full day tours with mad max. there was a bit of an overlap in that both tours stopped at castle combe. other than that, both were terrific. we particularly loved our full day cotswold tour with chris. an absolute font of knowledge. book in advance as they fill up quickly. well worth the price. more

He was entertaining, informative, and kept the tour moving along smoothly without being overbearing. Great half-day tour if you are pressed for time. Went to Stonehenge and Lackock village with an excellent guide. Gary (our guide) was quite entertaining and informative without sounding like he was lecturing. Made the trip quite interesting. more

If you only have a day and want to see as much as possible with knowledgeable and enthusiastic guides, then Mad Max tours is the way to go. I got a great flavor of the local area with a small group of other tourists. Would highly recommend this company. more
