Our Mad Max Tour was to Stonehenge, with our tour guide Tim. It was a lovely day, we had beautiful weather. Starting with the main attraction, the Stonehenge. What an amazing history there! £14.50 for an adult to enter, unfortunately not included in the tour price but was optional to sit out. The tour continued onto the Stone Circle in... More

We went on the new tour and it was great. Colin our guide was very knowledgeable and amusing. We saw lots of pretty villages and the country house tour was really interesting.

Our mad max tour was excellent in every way. Our guide Charles came prepared with a car seat for our young son and our van was very comfortable with 16 total passengers. Charles was funny and knowledgable and did an excellent job of driving us safely to each spot. Was a very packed day starting at 8:15 and returning at... More

I joined the Mad Max tours for their 3 main tours, each day a different tour. The Cotswolds; an amazing adventure through quaint and historic villages, a peek at Brampton only to find filming of Downton Abbey was in full swing and we witnessed a street scene being filmed! The next day on the second tour I went to Cheddar... More

Our driver and guide Kevin kept the mood up with his lively and friendly personality. He made us forget about the rain and enjoy Stonehenge, Avebury, Lacock and Castlecombe. The sights were beautiful. He even stopped so we could take a picture of the Chalk Horse.definitely a great way to travel around and check out the sights.

The way this tour is put together is ideal. It's an incredibly full day and 100% worth the relatively affordable price! On the Stonehenge tour you get there when it opens so it's not crowded, and you see 3 other nearby villages. It makes for an amazing day trip from Bath.

We went on the full day tour and had a blast! It was raining the day we went, which was ok with us. Visiting the quaint areas of Lacok, Castle Coombe, and Avebury were amazing. Stonehenge was worth the trip by itself and the others just added to the value. Our guide, a police detective from a neighboring village, was... More

Highly recommended day trip out of Bath. Adrian was a great guide and I particularly enjoyed his dry humour and interesting etymological facts about how phrases like "dead ringer", "the graveyard shift" and "piss poor" came about.

We took the Cotswolds tour of Castle Combe, Malmesbury, Woollen Weavers Museum, Bampton, Burford, Bibury, Arlington Row and Tetbury. I wish I remembered our drivers name. He was was amazing (he was from London). I contacted the tour on twitter before booking to let them know I had a train to catch when coming back. We arrived back on time... More

We took two Mad Max tours while in Bath. Both Stonehenge tour and Cotswolds tours were very informative, perfectly paced, and had great pub lunch stops.
