the most time you could spend in this museum is an hour if that. its is fairly priced at £4.00 they do concessions. Interesting and informative displays, arty actives for children. I enjoyed listening to the staff predominantly older gentlemen disusing stamps. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Visited around 11.30 on a Saturday morning and we were the only visitors. The museum is small and compact, there is not much to see but what is there is interesting and informative. Ideal if you've already seen the main attractions in Bath and have a spare half an hour or so to fill.

This is a small, independently run (hence the entrance fee) museum situated downstairs in the Post Office building. I wouldn't take much longer than an hour or so to look round (and that's reading all the information!) but it does provide a fascinating insight into the establishment of the postal service and Bath's contribution to this. The Museum contained information... More

This is a great museum IF you are a postal fan. I am one of those and I enjoyed this museum enormously! However, I full-heartedly appreciate that not everyone is a postal-fan and I will be 100% honest and tell you you wont find much amusement there, if that is you. In total I stayed for just over an hour... More

entrance fee pricey for such a small museum, some interesting artifacts and nice displays but was marred by lack of value for money. Staff were lovely, friendly and knowledgeable

I felt that the charge for entry to this museum was unnecessary. There was no warning of cost until I had gone downstairs and felt awkward about turning around and leaving. I spent less that 15 minutes in this museum.

A great but tiny museum that doesn't draw huge crowds (but should!). Interactive fun for kids (and kids at heart) and a great little shop alongside it. Definitely check it out if only to dress up as a postie from the past.

The museum is tiny and staffed by very enthusiastic people. I was the only person in the museum the entire time I was there. The staff seemed excited to see a person and escorted me around for the first part of my visit. It didn't take long to see all of the items. There were a lot of interactive displays... More

My friend and I visited this wonderful, informative little museum of the post office which is situated under the main post office in the centre of Bath. It was fascinating. I would recommend it to everyone, truly an under used resource.
