An unforgettable experience. A walk for two hours in the streets of the interesting places of BATH, excellent guides and they know almost everything, hard tackling them something they do not know about. Spicy stories from the past and present of the city. Meet at the Abbey Church Yard near the entrance to the Roman Baths Museum. And most importantly:... More

This is recommended to all visiting Bath: a two hours walk around Bath with a very knowledgable guide - for free! Our guide Audrey not only knew a lot about Bath but was also a good narrator and funny. And she made sure we were in the shade as much as possible on this hot day. At a comfortable pace... More

We met up with about 80 other people outside the pump room on Wednesday 16 July, and were divided into groups of about 20. So off we went with our tour guide Susan...and was truly fantastic. Knowledgeable, very eloquent and obviously passionate about Bath, she made the whole tour a joy. Susan was also very approachable for any questions anyone... More

Our wish was to see as much as posible in one day in Bath. With this excellent tour by Dan we have seen much more of Bath that we thought we will. He made the rich history of Bath even more interesting by inserting anecdotes from history and managed to keep attention of our kids through whole tour. Thank you... More

We were aware of the free tour of Bath and decided to give it a try. At the meeting point, by the entrance of the Pump Rooms, we were greeted by four guides and then, due to our number, we were divided into four groups. Our guide, Mr. Ken, was kind enough to give us a thorough description of all... More

We really enjoyed being led around the city by Richard on Tuesday. He gave some wonderful stories and insight to Roman and Georgian times and what Bath was like. Would definitely recommend!

Today (15/07/14) we stumbled on a fantastic free walking tour of Bath. A superb experience with our knowledgeable, funny, entertaining guide Richard. He was an absolute delight. Cannot recommend highly enough. Also can't believe it's free. Best thing we did in Bath all day!

The mayor's guides are all local residents and know an incredible amount of history and legends not only about Bath but about England in general. They will take you around all the places you want to go, but not only will they tell you fun stories that all the tour guides will, but also provide an honest and relevant history,... More
