The free walking tour was outstanding. Christine showed us the highlights of Bath in the pouring rain (she even said that this was the first tour she had given where it rained for the entire 2 hours). These tours are absolutely free – they will not even accept tips or gratuities. The tour itself was great and gave us a... More

Such a bargain - a free two-hour walking tour of all the main sights of Bath, with all the history and little stories you can only get from a local. This was a great way to get a feel for the city and places we'd like to visit in more detail. Our guide was lovely.

I've been on this tour twice so far and would go again! This is possibly the best way to see Bath on foot. Depending on your guide you can spend more than the advertised two hours wandering the city. Both times I've been I've learned new things and the guides build a great sense of camaraderie with their groups. They... More

These guides are well trained locals - no tipping permitted! We have taken this tour 3 times over a space of 15 years, and have never been dissappointed. (One time 2008 - with my... More

My partner & I arrived in Bath just in time to join the 10.30 tour with Richard Wyatt. He was knowledgeable, amusing and affable which made this tour extremely enjoyable. We would recommend it to anyone.

We are a class from the school "la Nativité" in Aix-en-provence, which is twins with Bath. Ann was our guide. She told us information very helpful for us, because we had a little work to make for the school. She answered all of our questions, she was very comprehensive with our request. We learnt a lot of interesting and useful... More

I have lived in Bath 7 years, and finally went on a tour of the city with the Mayor's Honorary Guides, it was fantastic! I learned a lot, and have recommended this to lots of people since, visitors and locals.
