I was recommended to take this tour by a friend from Bath and boy am i glad we did! We were in Bath on a Saturday so the FREE tour started at 10.30am. My boyfriend and I arrived first and as we got closer to the start time the number of people waiting swelled to an enormous amount. We were... More

An outstanding tour of Bath. Our guide, Dan, was enthusiastic, humorous and extremely knowledgeable. The generous time spent (2.5 hours) was packed with information presented with real passion. Very highly recommended - you will not be disappointed.

I live in this remarkable city and absolutely love it. Any visitors we entertain are walked ragged as we show them the many sights and stop by perfect coffee/tea shops or dine out in as much style as you could ever wish for. But occasionally we join our guests on a free tour with the Mayor's Honorary Guides - they... More

Found this on Trip Advisor and we weren't disappointed. The tour starts at the Pump Rooms and visits many of Bath's major sites (Abbey, Royal Crescent, Circus, Assembly Rooms) and some that you wouldn't find (city wall, city gate). Our tour guide, Robert, was fun and very informative. Tour was great, the only downside was the rain as it absolutely... More

Our guide was Jean, she was excellent. Took us on a two mile walk around bath which didn't seem like that long at all due to the frequent stops that were full of information about the history of bath. She was ale to answer our questions posed along the way and made it fun. Cannot believe this was free, well... More

Brilliant guided walk. I have done several of them in Bath and while they are all outstanding they do not necessarily cover the same ground so well worth doing more than once. Entertaining and knowledgable guides, an excellent combination.

Saw the leaflet in the tourist information centre, Carol (not Barbara!) was fantastic, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about a city she clearly loves. There were about 20 in our group which was just enough people. Walk goes at a bit of a pace but there was a lot to see and fit in. Highly recommend this tour, can't believe it... More

This was the first walking tour we have done and it has really set the bar high! Nick was very easy to listen to and had an obvious passion for Bath. His knowledge was hugely impressive and well communicated. Would definitely recommend the tour! The only downside was for remainder of the weekend I kept pointing out ionic, dronic and... More

Stumbled across the website for these tours whilst looking for things to do on our 3 day break in Bath. Our tour guide Liz was excellent. It was a real pleasure to have someone who was so passionate about the city. 2 hours flew by. Although we thought we had done a good amount of exploring the day before on... More
