This was our first trip to Bath and so we decided to take a walking tour. Thank you Val for your most interesting and informative tour of the delights of Bath. You brought the history of Bath and its people to life. It was a wonderful start to our holiday and we can recommend one of these tours to everyone... More

Really worth while - very interesting and loads of insights into Bath (historic and current) that you'd otherwise miss out on completely. I really enjoyed my tour with Val - she is a great guide. There were loads of us eagerly gathered at the meeting point and we were split into 4 more manageable groups. I think a nice way... More

We were recommended this tour at our B&B. We arrived and joined a small group by the pump room and were soon joined by two guides. When some more people arrived the guides split the group and each took half of us (11 or 12). Our guide Nick was font of knowledge, delivered in an accessible (and frequently humorous) way.... More

We took this tour this morning with Richard, and it was by far the best walking tour we have done in England so far. Richard is highly engaging, and very funny and smart. He gave us a perfect balance of history and culture. All the sights were interesting, and the pace was perfect.

Very enjoyable walking tour of Bath guided by Michael. A must do experience for any one visiting Bath, learnt lots about the history of the city and it's architecture.

This is a not-to-be missed walking tour of Bath. It lasts around two hours and you finish feeling like a local. However, due to the varied terrain, it may prove to be a little tricky for some. Dropping out isn't discouraged but will be most unfortunate. Not being a history buff, I tentatively joined a group one gloomy Saturday morning... More

Me and my partner were so pleased to have done the Mayor's Honorary Guide walking tour on our one night trip to Bath. Our guide David was both entertaining and informative, and knew so much about this beautiful city. We stopped at various places over the course of 2 hours... Starting and finishing at the abbey, with the spas, the... More

I always try to book a city walking tour on the first day of a break and I can honestly say that this was the best one ever! All the guides are volunteers and accept no payment or tips and ours was an off duty policeman so knew the city well but more importantly, really knew his history and brought... More

We were on one of your free walks on Sunday with Andy who was very nice and informative. We had just over two hours of learning about the history of Bath which was very good and interesting. This was a very enjoyable experience.
