Friendly little racetrack, although it is small course with just the one stand and not enough bars. The bar staff seem to be hired just for race day and whilst they were friendly enough they had no idea on how to serve or what price to charge (4 beers and a coke came to £37.20 and then we had a... Visited Bath primarily to go the races for the Irish themed day, paid £20 to sit in the grandstand, but was very unimpressed by this wooden shack of a building that could barely fit 200 people. We ended up siting on a park bench by the finishing line. The racing itself was enjoyable, but the facilities were really poor, waited... More

This was my first visit to Bath Racecourse, a Saturday afternoon for "Irish Day". Parking was very easy just outside the venue. There was some basic entertainment around the Irish theme. Tickets for the Grandstand enclosure were £17 bought in advance (which is about the same as for a Conference football match so not bad value). My group did not... More

Having visited various racecourses over the country thought we'd try Bath, very out dated, not very well catered and fairly drab all round. When you look at the money racing brings in feel some of this money should be used to update these facilities. Bath itself is a wonderful city but will not be rushing back to racecourse and certainly... More

We needed a conference venue in the Bath area and Bath Racecourse ticked the boxes for us. Whist the screen and projector were adequate they do need upgrading but for the cost it was functional. A buffet lunch followed the meeting and all in all a very satisfactory venue

This was my 2nd year at Bath Races with a group of friends. After such a wonderful time last year we decided to return. We paid £60 to be in the marquee which was decorated lovely but the FOOD was appalling!!!! We were given 1 plate for a group of 10+ adults of carrot, pepper, celery, breadsticks and some dip.... lovely day out, nice and easy to get to. minimum bet was £5, or £2.50 each way, but we went in pairs so it was a little less, if you don't really want to spend a lot of money. £23 for a double vodka & coke, Double vodka & lemonade, and double gin & tonic, which was slightly dear, and... More

This was my 3rd year of attending ladies day, the previous 2 years were excellent but this year the food was VERY disappointing at a price of £60 a ticket and 11 on our table I expected more than 2 tiny pots of dip with an assortment of things to dip in them that you had to continually pass around... We have never been to Bath Racecourse after going to Cheltenham several times so gave it a go for Ladies Day. We made the mistake of only paying £10.00 for the crap side. And it was! We left it too late for other tickets, but we love racing so thought let's give it a go. Somebody at the racecourse is... More

I attended last year and had tickets for the grandstand which cost £23. At the time I felt it was slightly pricey. I attended today with my wife and we got £10 tickets for the "centre course" which is on the opposite side of the race course. Your able to take your car into this area so can keep warm... More
