Had a 2 hour experience at Battlefield Falconry Centre.Everything was really good. Firstly an hour walk through the Battlefield estate with Khan the Harris Hawk swooping down to our gloves - quite breath taking. Then an hour with the birds holding different owls and learning all about them. One particular highlight was seeing 2 eagle owls that has only hatched... More

Visited the falconry centre on a saturday afternoon. Good value for money as all proceeds go back into looking after the birds. Great display of birds of prey from Owls, hawks, falcons and even a raven. Great for educational purposes. Worth taking the kids. Highly recommended

A truly fantastic experience. Bought for my mums 70th Birthday as something she'd always wanted to do. She absolutely loved it. Tony and Mark were brilliant guides, informative and humorous. Will definitely do it again. Highly recommended

Had a fantastic time celebrating my husband's Birthday by having a "Walk with a hawk" at Mark's Falconry centre. His knowledge and passion for the birds was amazing! Having a hawk land (and depart) on (from) your (gloved) arm several times felt incredible! It was an experience that will stay with us and we will definitely return!

We did the bird of prey experience and its well worth the money! An interesting and educational experience allowing up close and personal encounters with a variety of birds. Plenty of time spent flying the birds and some unique photo opportunities!!!!

Having received the Bird of Prey Experience as a gift I spent a thoroughly enjoyable and informative morning at the Falconry Centre in a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The staff were passionate about their birds and made me feel very welcome. Being able to get so close to a number of the birds was fantastic. The highlight was the... More

We did the birds of prey experience here a few weeks ago. When we arrived we were greeted in reception and given a quick overview of what we would be doing. We were then taken around a few of the cages and were given a talk on different birds. After that we were taken for a walk around the wood... More

The centre has a range of owls and other birds of prey. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable . We booked for the hawk walk which was terrific and toured the centre at the same time

Beautiful birds, knowledgeable staff, everything was so relaxed and easy. Having such a fabulous creature on my hand was amazing. The bird was in its element gliding from the trees to your hand. Its not every day you get the opportunity to be so close to this kind of animal.
