Lovely park close to the river, stroll along the river bank, have a picnic or just relax by the beautiful flower garden in the Dingle. Plenty to see and do.

There is masses of space to picnic, stroll along the riverside, or just sit and watch the world go by. Some nice restaurants, plus river trips available near... More

This is a very spacious park, with the river running along the side. Great for picnics. The town makes good use of it for their flower show and events. The garden that Percy Thrower designed had just been planted up, it will look stunning in a month's time.

First time I went to the food festival and had a lovely day. It is so nice to have something like this in the quarry park and not go elsewhere. great stalls and food tasting.

The park was lovely last Sunday afternoon ... A brass band playing, super playground at the bottom of the hill, with a refreshment van. Several ice cream vans and a cafe were available. The rose garden at the top of the hill is a small gem, and the dell is beautifully maintained. Lots of pleasant benches. It is a shame... More

Very nice park with beautiful gardens etc. Along the river severn there is a long walk and nice places for drinks along the way. We walked in the late afternoon/early evening and it was so peaceful There is also a very nice children's play area within the park.
