There is nothing to dislike in this newly refurbished restaurant. The food is excellent and so is the service.

We had walked over the hill and we're looking forward to another cuppa in the little cafe but the queue was moving so slowly we gave up. A shame as it was fine on the previous visit.

The whole area is littered with barkers eggs. You'll spend the whole time trying to avoid stepping in one of the canine land mines which, after a time, becomes the most entertaining part of the whole visit. Do yourself a favour and drive somewhere else.

The Hill is supposed to be a place of beauty, if you are able to keep your head up and see it, but it is a nightmare with the amount of dog poo. If you are with children you are constantly having to say "watch were you walk, watch that muck", so you cannot really relax and enjoy the walk.

Haughmond Hill is about four miles from the Town centre , plenty of parking , although that has now been spoilt as charging now in operation , not previously , council wanting to make a buck off the locals and tourist alike , there is a cafe to enjoy a snack and cuppa after a nice walk , of which... I always love going to Haughmond! Whether it be a blue red or yellow walk (different colours different lengths) I always love going there. Its always so peaceful and the view at the top is beautiful! Admittedly we got lost in the forest areas on the blue walk but we didn't mind. Its such a lovely place to get lost

Great walks and a very good place for a weekend stroll. Don't bother paying to park they rarely check the vehicles for tickets, and cannot clamp you or enforce any fine through court etc. Paying to park here is ridiculous and none of the parking fee actually goes to the upkeep of the hill at all. I know this because... More

On a windy wet day the beauty of this place could still be appreciated. None of the walks were too strenuous so ideal for family's . My only complaint is please will people clean up after their dogs. There were signs and bins everywhere so no excuse to not do so.
