Can we spread the word that it's shut and may reopen in a different venue in 12 months? Could you say more? Reviews must be at least 50 characters. Thanks. Like what?

Ludlow is a wonderful town full of charm and very picturesque. Has lovely old buildings and Castle in middle of town. Unfortunately closed on day we visited but took some lovely pictures of it. Museum was very interesting with lovely cafe with nice food. Toilet facilities were very good with disabled toilet. staff at Museum were very knowledgeable and friendly.... More

What an interesting place. Spent a whole afternoon here with family from South Africa and enjoyed every minute. Never made it to a festival though as the queues put me off.

Well curated with plenty to see. Exhibits explain much of Ludlow's history and there is an extensive section on the local geology.

It is easy to overlook the museum with the likes of the castle and church on its doorstep but it really is worth a visit. It contains a wealth of interesting artefacts and pictures/prints of Ludlow's past. It doesn't take very long to go around but trust me it would be a shame to miss it out.

Son loved trying out the helmets and stocks. Great as you can touch and feel some of the exhibits, interesting to know what is around you when you visit Ludlow. Great to combine with the Castle.

My mum was born in Ludlow and I grew up on stories of Ludlow,I have to say I found the museum a little disappointing and bland but it is free , donations so I'm not going to complain too much but this could be a fantastic place with all ludlows rich history, presentation could be far more interesting.
