I visited the antique centre today on the 13th November 2014 with my husband as it was our anniversary and we came across the tearoom which is inside the antique centre. We were greeted by a very friendly lady who served us above and beyond what we needed and had a delightful conversation. We had the best latte and lemon... More

Stopped in here after we saw a sign at the car park. The shop has an interesting selection of crafts and antiques, but what was great was the little cafe. We had a light lunch, but we also noticed the large variety of desserts and drinks available. The service was also fantastic, with great views over the river.

Ironbridge was a little disappointing as it was spread out and we did not have enough time to visit that many of the museums. The antiques and art centre was excellent. not very suitable for those with limited walking.

Thanks for the comments Linda and pleased you found our place excellent! We do try hard to make it a pleasant visit for our many 100s visitors over the summer months and of course the locals! A bit disappointed you rated this post low though as it reflects on our business which you said was excellent so feel we have... More

Stopped by on way home and enjoyed browsing around followed by drink/cake in café. Interesting items available and friendly people manning the stalls.

We came upon this place quite by chance. Having dropped our son off to meet a friend we thought we'd look around, we passed plenty of places to drink and eat but all seemed to be on the busy through road and we wanted to be by the river. I noticed a sign in the car park and decided to... More

We regularly pop into this fabulous shop, you never know what treasure you might find. We always have a delicious cup of real leafed tea & a huge slice of yummy cake. The tea room opens onto the river which is a perfect suntrap to watch the river go by. We highly recommend a visit. They inspired me to open... More

Cream tea (coffee for me) was yummy and visiting with my little dog she was served two bone biscuits. That is what I call being made welcome!! Anyone having a moan needs to take a breath and think again! Nothing to adversely criticise at all. And while we were there "pirates" sailed up and down the Severn!! A lovely peaceful... More

Went to this place to have a look at the arts and crafts. Thought we would have a drink while we were there. Wow coffee / walnut cake to die for. Sat outside over looking the river. Staff were lovely too. Definitely will return .

We visited the antiques centre for a relaxing cup of tea (which was nice) and a piece of cake. We were charged £2.50 a slice and it was dry and chewy. We complained to the waitress who was apologetic and took it away. The cake was not replaced and no money was given back! £5.00 is a lot to have... More

Really disturbed to read this review and the rating of "terrible". We work hard to make sure that our customers leave happy and have had a great experience, clearly we fell short on this occasion. As always I have carried out an investigation to establish what went wrong and have the following observations:- I have spoken to the waitress in... More
