There is so much to do at this park. For starters there is the farm area, where you are able to see the animals for free! There are: deer, sheep, donkeys, turkeys, pigs, goats, chickens, geese, guinea pugs, rabbits and cows! Also there is a fantastic outdoor play area, which again is free. This is suitable for toddlers up to... More

This was a favourite haunting ground for me when I was growing up. We took the grandchildren at the weekend. We parked in the car park at a charge but could have got free parking on the road. (No room in the afternoon) We started off around the animal bit. Bought some food for £1 and the boys although reluctant... More

What a fabulous 'free' well maintained park to take children to view the animals. Plenty of parking with reasonable parking charges and in a nice location to have a picnic or have a snack in the park café. Absolutely worth giving a donation to.

As a family we all met up here for fathers day, its a beautiful park with a childrens farm which we all enjoyed. there is a cafe there but we chose to have a barbacue, what a lovely open space for family games and a park for the kids, lovely day.

This has been my favourite park in Sheffield for over thirty years. I have taken my children here and now my grandchildren. A great variety of areas for kids to run around, a gated play area for the younger ones and even a zip wire for the older ones to enjoy. The cafe is friendly with reasonable prices and close... Lovely park and the animals. Spacious. Nice small cafe. Went for the park run @ 9am on Saturday. Good turn out. Course is less demanding since it was changed.

They are very child friendly and will offer great variterties of food. I liked the sausage sandwich. And didn't like the bacon sandwich cos it was dry and chewy bacon
