We visited on a rainy day, and was very surprised how warm it is in the gardens. The museum is particularly interesting showing life in Sheffield in the good old days, plenty of places to eat or if you just fancy coffee and cake there are plenty to choose from. Well worth a visit.

I enjoy a wander around the winter gardens, I love being surrounded by the plants, also good to go and see the exhibitions, craft shop and have a coffee.

Lots of things to see and learn in multiple exhibits. Plenty of art and metal work! Some great plants and a definite place to hide from the rain!

What a lovely little quiet place for a chill and a coffee. Located in Sheffield City centre it's an ideal escape for half an hour away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The millennium gallery is also attached so if you feeling like taking in a bit of culture, the jobs a good un.

It was nice to have a place like this in the middle of the city centre. We went through it numerous times and really enjoyed the greenery and escape from the rain. There is a cafe with a few tables and chairs and access to the galleries.

Nice place to escape the winter cold and wind. Worth taking your time to stroll around and read about the exhibits.

Have usually enjoyed my coffee and sandwich here. Can't recommend what I had today....jerk chicken in choo choo sauce baguette. It was pretty awful.....badly presented and nasty tasting. Won't be ordering that again!

Makes me proud to be a citizen of Sheffield. Lovely spot to relax from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The varieties of plants are amazing, i keep expecting exotic birds to fly overhead. Link a visit here with a walk through the Millennium Gallery and then dip your toes in the water fountains if you are brave enough!... More
