Located next to the Millenium Galleries, Town Hall and Peace Garden, so right in the heart of the city. Very nice atmosphere, basically just a great place to relax for a while. Lots of different kinds of beautiful plants, fun to just walk through. Lots of benches available.

Nice place to relax and have your lunch. It's warmer inside than out. Nice coffee shops and museum round the corner. Worth the visit

The gardens are by no means big but they are a lovely little place to visit or take a coffee to get out of the wind. Great that it's free too!

From the outside, The Winter Garden is beautiful, both in design and construction. Inside is an even bigger treat. Palm trees and colourful tropical plants are threaded through with walkways, dotted with benches to take your book and a coffee for a break from the bustle of the city. There are galleries with free exhibitions, arts & craft shops, a... More

This place is a great little place to sit and quietly have your lunch whilst reading a book. What if its raining? No problem, its all indoor and set to a comfortable temperature for all the tropical plants found in it. Never too hot either as in the summer the have the huge fans working. Decorated very well, with different... More

A lovely spot to put your feet up, have a coffee and admire the now fully matured exotic plants. One of the successes in the middle of Sheffield City Centre.
