My parents came to visit from North Wales and were very taken with The Winter Gardens. We spent a very nice couple of hours there, visiting all the exhibits. Love the place!

Lovely place to walk through on a sunny or a rainy day. Nothing much to say about it other than it's relaxing.

On a cool winters day a nice place to sit and eat your lunch amid the tropical palms. Very relaxing with a small café

Love this place and have visited lots of times. There are plenty of plants in bright, relaxed surroundings. A great place for chilling in a busy city centre. Apart from a few shops there are other exhibits to see nearby with information about Sheffield. An added bonus is that coffee is cheap before 10.30 too at the little cafe there.

A great place to have a quiet sit down in the City centre. Nice and green - warm in winter and sometimes has exhibitions.

I often visit here to meet my sister for coffee. The location is lovely, with wonderful plants and flowers to enjoy, as well as places to eat and drink.

It's a good place to eat a Greggs or the street food chef On a sunny or rainy day (mostly rainy days!). The temperature is nice and humid!

I guess I expected more from the reviews. It's nice enough but the 'garden' part is pretty small. A nice enough place to pass through on the way to the museum inside but not a destination in it's own right.

We stopped into the Winter Gardens on a stroll around the city centre. It was the evening so the cafes and shops were shut, but we had a peaceful few minutes looking at the plants and reading about its history. I think it's a wonderful idea and encourage anyone visiting to pop in for a quiet few minutes.
