Lovely place for everyone to visit. You can relax among the tropical gardens or wander around the little shops and cafes. Somewhere to go to get a warm and recharge as it takes you out of the hustle and bustle of the town shopping. Very near to the crucible, Lyceum theatre , Also the Millenium gallery and central library.

The centre of Sheffield around the Town Hall has been revitalised over the last few years and is now one of the best in England. As well as the Peace Gardens and the Theatres the Winter Garden is an amazing construction and well worth seeing. Attached to it are Art galleries and Museums and a very nice Restaurant. Apparently Sheffield... More

The winter gardens is a suitable place for the whole family to visit. It has unus us tropical plants and gives information about each species. There are places inside where you can purchase food and refreshments, places to sit, chill out and admire the views, with a pleasant, comforting ambience A very popular place for school outings.

One entrance is from Tudor Square, the home of Sheffield theatres and the other from the Peace Gardens with its wonderful water features. There is a stand full of information leaflets... More
