Enjoyed the opening night to the 2014 pantomine (Dick Whittington). We had booked through a friend and we had a party of over 100 - seats were good and booster seats always a bonus for the littlies. Pantomine was great and have already booked for next years. We bought ice lollies which were slightly expensive but kids enjoyed them.

Cannot fault this beautiful theatre, it's a treat in itself looking at the ceiling and decor. Staff always friendly and helpful. Only slight criticism which cannot be helped if not much legroom if you are over 5'7 I would say. Love visiting here just seen Dick Whittington which was amazing, the Dame was brilliant. Wish tickets cheaper but that's same... More

I have performed and watched theatre in this beautiful building. The recent investment and improvement to the sound system has been a success. Continue to house amateur as well as professional companies please!!

Attended the final performance of Cinderella last weekend. Booked this over the phone as we required a wheelchair space. Our party of four hand wonderful seats including the wheelchair space, The performance was magnificent. Our only issue was the doorway we were advised to use with the wheelchair despite it being a ramp access there were 2 sets of manual... More

we attend regularly, with and without the children. We've booked to see Dick Whittington SEN performance in Dec and have just received visual aids and introductions to show the children in prep for the visit, what a lovely touch and exactly the right thing for parents of SEN. thankq

Awesome production loved it was rocking in our seats. Music was great although a bit risqué in places would have thought twice about taking the children that we saw there. my husband enjoyed the skimpy costumes on the very fit lady dancers!!!

We went to see the play Lady in Black which was very good but what spoilt the whole night was the seating. We could only get seats in the stalls as all the other had sold out which we now know was a big mistake. I could not sit correctly as my legs were squashed up against the seating in... More

Saw the production of Stomp. First visit to the theatre, and is full of old theatre charm. Did not feel old and tired and felt that there was air conditioning. Sat in the circle and had a very good up obstructive view of the stage. Good atmosphere. Would return to see other productions.
