It's lovely inside. Traditional well maintained theatre. Staff are all helpful. Nice bar but not enough seating so most have to stand which isn't ideal when having a family theartre trip with the grandparents. However as far a theatres go it's my favourite as it's beautifully restored & a great place to see a show.

We had a fantastic visit for a Saturday matinee. Fantastic seats in the circle friendly helpful staff. Performance as good as anything I've seen in London. We will be back in October to see the body guard can't wait😃

This was my first visit to the Lyceum - and like many theatres in England I found it to be a lovely venue. We visited on the opening night of The Mousetrap, and as the balcony wasn't full the staff allowed us to move down to the front row of our tier to get a closer view which was a... More

Absolutely beautiful theatre. Very intricate detail inside the building. The circle is my favourite place to sit. Legroom does get worse with height in the circle and the balcony is not for people with a fear of heights.

Booked to see the Mouse Trap! Brilliant play but I wanted to say that the Lyceum Sheffield is a great place to go. Usually toilet facilities for ladies is always a queue! Even to get to the bar for a drink you have to wait & wait but not here! The facilities are great & plenty, a bar on every... More

Central with easy parking, excellent staff and comfortable seats all with good views. The ice-cream is excellent as well! We saw Matthew Bourne's Carman which was amazing

Beautiful theatre, located centrally with Tudor Square seating area right outside and several restaurants and bars close by which have theatre offers.

My wife and I are occasional Theatre goers. We recently received 2 tickets as Gifts for the Lyceum Theatre and we were certainly the Lucky ones. Proper old theatre. The show was "The songbook of Judy Garland" and to be honest we were both expecting just another sing song. How wrong can you be ! We'd not bothered to look... More

The theatre room itself is of ample size and toilet facilities are ok, perhaps need another set to accommodate during the intervals. Access for wheelchairs too.
