I really like the Lyceum and find myself going back again and again. They have some great productions there and it is situated in a very lively square. We were in the dress circle with great views albeit the leg room is a little tight. A good production and cannot wait for our next visit

Saw Blood Brothers on the 22nd Jan 15 in Sheffield and needed to let everyone know how fantastic it was. My husband and grown-up daughter went and we laughed and cried and stood at the end with the whole theatre to give the cast a well earned ovation. We're going to have to 'google' more on the Nolan's because Maureen... More

We attended Blood Brothers at the Lyceum and were delighted with the quality of the venue. It is a classic Victorian theatre that is in excellent condition, beautifully decorated and conveniently located. We were in the upper part of the dress circle and it's fair to say that the legroom is a little restricted. At least the theatre is open... More

Theatre square in Sheffield is a lovely looking area and when we went was spotlessly clean. The theatre itself is beautiful looking it's very elegant. There are plenty of bars and toilets. Drinks and snacks are over priced but only to the level of Cinema prices. Overall a great afternoon with the Russian National Ballet.

The other half of Sheffield's mainstream theatre offering is an architectural gem that has recently undergone a bit of TLC. The interior remains as stunning as the exterior in a theatre square that sits nicely alongside the lovely Winter Gardens. The decor fits perfectly with the annual panto production, but also provides a traditional setting for the many touring shows... More

We took our two grandchildren to see dick Whittington at the Lyceum,it was a great two hours of fun, they have never been to a panto before so they didn't know what to expect. The show was really funny and kept the kids amused all the way through. It was a great atmosphere in the theatre it's self and there was... More

What a fabulous afternoon! My son is now 9 years old and going to the panto at the Lyceum has formed a treasured part of our Christmas tradition for the past 6 years. It was better than ever - hilarious, fun filled show all set in a beautiful theatre. The star of the show is the Dame who is fantastic!... More

Enjoyed the opening night to the 2014 pantomine (Dick Whittington). We had booked through a friend and we had a party of over 100 - seats were good and booster seats always a bonus for the littlies. Pantomine was great and have already booked for next years. We bought ice lollies which were slightly expensive but kids enjoyed them.
