I've been going to Weston Park Museum since I was a little girl, and now I love to take my daughters to the new modernised building. Firstly, it is a total no go with a car during the week unless you are happy to just keep driving around on the off chance you'll find a spot- you are right in... More

Weston Park is a nice little park very close to the university. It houses a museum and an art gallery if you want to escape the weather, and the museum does have a very good cafe and clean toilets. The park is a good place for a stroll. It has a duck pond but not much else. The big problem... More

Attractive park within easy walking distance of the city centre and just across the road from the children's hospital. The museum is well set out and specifically targeted at children. Entry is free- great outing.

Gorgeous and free park and museum located next to Firth Court, the hub of University of Sheffield. So beautiful and a magnet for students in warm weather. The squirrels here are so tame and will eat out of your hand.

Lovely gardens and a great museum for children. Weston Park is a little treasure of a place. My children loved the museum and it's free to visit.

A charming park close to the University of Sheffield, with a museum, and also a duck pond. A great place to relax and enjoy being close to nature. The museum would take an hour to visit, and has some interesting collections, that I enjoyed. It is free to the public. I would advise not walking through the park after dusk.

Pleasant park but there is a surprisingly good, (free admission) museum which would be excellent for children.

This lovely park is close to the University and the city centre. There is a small lake and lots of ducks. A relaxing place to spend some time.
