we took a spontaneous trip to tropical butterfly house and were really glad we did, there was all sorts to see and do, farm animals, parrots, owls, meerkats, chipmunks, kookaburra,guinea pigs, rabbits etc etc. they are in the process of building an extension to the cafe and changing the entrance to the butterfly house so i think my next spring/summer... more

Just because I didn't park exactly where he wanted me to (if I had I would have knocked over a child) he followed me on his bike as I walked to the entrance and shouted to ask why I hadn't parked where he told me to. If I hadn't driven so far I would have turned around and driven back.... more

A friend and I took her 4 children and my 2 grandchildren to tropical butterfly house today and it was really good. The staff were all pleasant and seemed to enjoy their job's, even the one on car park duty. All the animals were clean and cared for and the kid's loved the hand's on stuff e.g milking a goat... more
