A lovely area where anyone can sit, watch, play, study and relax in lovely surroundings of man made water channels, fountains and planted surroundings. Alone or with friends and family its a little bit of sanctuary right in the city centre to enjoy at any time of the day.

On a hot day the fountains are a kids 'Splash and Play' dream, and the lawns and benches are full of picknickers! A little haven in the heart of anotherwise uninspiring city.

Lovely place in the middle of the City with a fountain the kids love to run through when the sun shines. Theres plenty of benches to soak up the sun, the atmosphere & to relax with the Botanical Garden, often seen on TV during the Snooker World Championships, just a few steps away

Located in the Sheffield city center area it is a nice relaxing place to sit and relax. The water jets were popular with all the little kids. You do feel at peace sitting here for a few minutes.

Situated right in the middle of Sheffield, the Peace Gardens is a great place to hang out but can be very busy, as it was on Saturday afternoon when I went

Enjoyed very much. Took my girlfriend and we had a very lovely time sat watching the world go by. The area is very tidy and my girlfriend enjoyed watching the water features and the wedding party having their photos taken.

a little above average but not majorly, I wouldn't travel on purpose to here but it is right next to Winter Gardens which is attached to Millennium Gallery, so it is a nice little stop off.
