Always a good feeling

Love visiting at all times of year. Always something new to look at and admire, and always a splash of colour. How lovely to have somewhere free to visit in the city.

What a fantastic garden in the centre of the already leafy Steel City. The renovated pavilions are very impressive and the gardens themselves beautifully laid out and well cared for. What a great asset and free to experience. I'd urge anyone visiting Sheffield to take time out to spend an hour in the Botanical Gardens, they are wonderful!

Beautiful gardens amidst the hustle and bustle. Walk through and be transported into a world of beauty, calm and colour. Truly wonderful.

A tranquil green oasis just minutes from the city centre - and with a handy cafe too. Free to visit and just a pleasure to stroll around.

This was a five minute walk from our hotel and walked through here everyday on our walk into the town. Always looked so well kept with Asian and Mediterranean areas looking beautiful so much color and for a couple that are not into gardening at all!! this is a beautiful walk even just to spend a few hours looking at... Wonderful, colourful gardens. Very clean, tidy and well appointed. Well done to the Council for maintaining the gardens. I expected to pay but it was free. I think that a small fee should be asked for from visitors.

Lovely park to just chill out in and soak up the sun or even in the winter take in the views, it looks amazing covered in crisp white snow.
