An haven of peace and tranquility in a busy district of Sheffield. The gardens and walks are well laid out and the greenhouses contain many interesting if not to say exotic specimens.

very pretty place to visit ,very relaxing and beautiful to walk round . All the paths and benches are well maintained and looked after . There is no sign of the usual vandalism you find in park areas

A lovely building with unusual flowers and plants. You can just walk around looking but also can have something to eat and drink.

With beautifully laid out gardens and an indoor tropical plants house there is plenty to see. There is also an attractive cafe which is licensed that serves excellent fare at a modest price. Only problem is that there is no car park and one has to rely on on street parking

Beautiful in summer time! A lot of space to run and play for kids, a lot of flowers and trees. Small restaurant for refresher and the entry is free.

Really lovely, a great place to spend an afternoon. I also picked up some new ideas for my own future garden!

A nice park, perfect for a Sunday stroll, even in the freezing winter weather that I visited in. Some interesting oddities - like a bear pit, complete with wooden bear. Worth a visit if you're passing. It's probably better in the spring and summer. Recommended

A great, large garden to wander around with many interesting, labelled plants and trees. Very peaceful and relaxing. And a lovely atmospheric glass-house to wander through with its many exotic plants and trees. Would thoroughly recommend a visit to this well-maintained site. Part of Sheffield's heritage.

A fabulous Park with hidden corners, resting places and wonderful glass houses too. Kept to a really high standard the gardens have a feel of peace and the splendour of bygone times. A great place to enjoy nature, family, friends and wandering.
