Perfect service and a very good store with high diversity. They also have a half floor full of used books and Nook E-readers. They can also order any book you want. The prices are very fair.

Great bookshop. Trades across four floors with a wide selection of books - new books as well as secondhand books. If you need more you will find a Music Shop and an Art and Poster shop nearby.

I have been a regular visitor and customer at this bookstore for 30 years. Originally, There was a Children's Bookstore, a Paperback Bookstore, an Arts Bookstore and a Record Store all close to the main Broad Street Bookstore. But because of financial pressures including Internet book sales, there has been a retrenchment and the Children's and Paperback Stores have moved... More

I went burrowing in Blackwells with my two small children during an extended family luncheon, looking for something to entertain the kids Their child section is heaven. The store had the book we asked for plus many others. I had to tear myself away. We could have been here all day!

Four floors, youbcan find anything you possibly want. Very friendly service and a good coffee shop on the ground floor. You can easily stay hours browsing the bookshelves. Worth a visit while in Oxford.

I don't know what it is about bookshops, but I love them. Perhaps it's because they are dwindling as we do more of our shopping online, but Blackwell's is awesome - and i don't use that word lightly. It was a recommended attraction from the driver of the Sightseeing Bus, which seemed odd as it appears to be just a... More

We shop at Blackwell's in Oxford or London because it is the best bookshop. Variety, helpful staff, updated shelves, and honesty is what they offer. They may not be perfect, but they are close to. Once, our books were delivered by mistake to Colombia instead of Argentina, and they did all the right moves to get the books delivered back... More

There is a tremendous amount of variety and a number of bargains in this store. The floor space is so great that I don't think I even saw all of it.

This shop is like the Tardis, really small frontage but enormous inside. The staff don't bother you at all, you could stay browsing all day if you wanted. The choice of books is amazing - don't visit Oxford without visiting this shop.

This place is fantastic. You could really spend a lot of time here. If you love reading then a visit here is a must; so many interesting books and other items to catch your eye. There really is something for everyone here, not just the scholars.
