As the grandson of a convict sent to Australia, my husband became the judge in this interesting tour. Thoroughly recommended, especially if you have a convict in your past!

It is the most interesting gallery I ever visit. Worth every penny and is not just a presentation for kids, it is also for adults. If you are traveling in Nottingham, you must visit this place.

went on the terror tour yesterday night. it was fun but it only lasted about 45 mn and wasn't scary really. I didn't really have time to have a good look around and because it's supposed to be spooky all the lights were off so couldn't see much most of the time. I banged my head twice against the low... From public executions through to convict transportation and more recent times. This attraction has something for everyone and the actors add to the adventures- they kept my nine year old close by with their authenticity.

Came here with the grandchildren, 10 and 13, who enjoyed seeing the old courthouse and jail. We soon abandoned the audio guide as it was more fun to look around and use your imagination.

We visited the museum today, I had a very nervous and scared 11 year old that actually ended up saying it was good. The actors and actresses make this go from 4 to 5 stars and this should be the no 1 attraction in a Nottingham. Loads to see/do/read...far better than I or the children had imagined. All in all... The Galleries of Justice can easily be found on High Pavement, Nottingham. One of the easiest ways to reach the city centre location is using the various Park and Ride locations on the outskirts of Nottighm catching the Tram in to the Lace Market. We prebooked onto an organised tour guided by character dressed guides who gave a first hand... More

I was interested to hear the history of the... More
