My partner and I ate here before a night out in Nottingham as we were stqying in the hotel nearby. , The staff are very helpful and the food is OK, although the menu is a bit limited. I would go back for a pre-theatre meal but otherise we will probably eat somewhere with a little more choice next time.

Great all round theatre with the most interesting, best quality programme in Nottingham. Lovely building inside and out, good facilities with nice bar that also serves good food. Visited to see Daryl Hall and John Oates - excellent concert but seats at venue need reupholstering! Quality of concert made up for it. Would visit again.

Came here for Festival of the Spoken Nerd for second year in a row and was not disappointed. Well-priced food and drinks from the bar, comfy seating, friendly staff, and an overall great evening.

I love going to Nottingham Playhouse - it feels so homely and welcoming - a lovely place to lose yourself for a few hours. The pantomimes are always fantastic - it's our must-see event of the year!

Very different evening. Didnt know what to expect but we all enjoyed the show. Pleasantly surprised we got our drinks fairly quickly in the interval. Would book other show in the future.

We took our grandchildren to The Energy Show, by the Science Museum. A most enjoyable introduction to science for the. The theatre is smaller than the royal, but very comfortable.
