Very interesting gallery. Visited with my girlfriend on a trip to the city. Some thought provoking installations, however we didn't really understand them all (but I guess that's the beauty of contemporary art, they don't always need to be understood!)

This is a free art gallery based in a interesting building in the middle of Nottingham. We saw the "Rights of Nature" exhibition. Even my partner who is not a fan of modern art was able to get something out of the installations. We thought it was interesting and thought provoking. It is a small gallery, so it doesn't take... Always something to provoke your thoughts. Various rooms holding exhibitions. Great cafe that even serves real ale!! The gift area is really good and has some great gifts for kids.

We visited to see the vast display of Poppies that people in Nottinghamshire knitted for remembrance day. It was amazing. If that is anything to go by then it is worth a visit while you are in Nottingham.

Been lots of time. The exhibitions are always thought provoking. My daughter loves the activities in the space. Good food in the cafe and great life music on certain nights s well. A true public service for the arts

a very inspiring afternoon out, very informative. They have some very good exhibitions on here and i bring the year 11 boys from school on a regular basis. pop in when you're passing. you don't have to spend hours here, just come regularly.

We're not a couple who are particularly in to art, but visited out of interest as we were in the area anyway. It is OK, but not really 'us'. Can see why those who are more in to the area may enjoy it, though.

The gallery has different exhibitions on and they are always free and worth a look. However we normally head in for the cafe - great breakfasts and lunches, nice salad options usually, and good coffee. The gift shop is also really interesting with some different things that you might not find elsewhere. They also have live music events in the... More

Then give this place a visit. Can be hit and miss with who they have on show at the time but it's always interesting. Have been here for an evening 'first look' event. Don't expect to be served at the bar in a timely fashion if it's busy. 40 minutes it took to get 2 beers. Can't complain, it was... More
