I completely lost myself in this place as everything was so intriguing! Constantly changing too so would be worth going back.

there is normally something creative for kids at weekends, a good couple of hours can be spent here between shops or food. With the café/bar, you can even stay for nosh, a great idea especially during bad weather. close to bus and tram and trains, its a perfect afternoon destination for all the family.

My friend and I always visit the contemporary when we are in Nottingham. We have seen exhibitions that range from humorous and moving to bizarre and slightly ridiculous but always interesting and guaranteed to be a talking point. Worth visiting but choose your exhibition

I really like this venue. Easy to get to. Good access for all and good facility's for the disabled. The arena is good for sport and concerts. Feels more friendly and personal than the bigger arenas.

The craft fair was really interesting and the vendors were happy to tell you about their particular craft. I bought a few things and the price range was good for all budgets. My daughter and I then tried the cafe for the first time but we won't bother again. The cake was dry and uncovered on the display. The staff... More

Excellent space and very good exhibition. Particularly The Cosmo Man, an exhibition concerning Sun Ra. Being a fan, I found it very interesting and enjoyable..

As we only visit Nottingham a couple of times a year the exhibition is always different and unusual! The staff are courteous and it's free!

Well I went with an open mind, but I'm afraid it was a little over my head. I very much enjoyed the exhibition that was a yellow room with headphones dangling from the ceiling playing jazz music. Went to the other galleries but I didn't feel any affinity with them. I'll definitely pop in again to see the latest exhibitions.
