A lovely place, love the Christmas market, very much supporting those camping out on the market at the moment! Nottingham is beautiful, full of gorgeous building just walk round and look up you will see!

I do not like it since it was renovated especiaaly now its full of protestors camping there for the last 8 months.

They've done their best in recent years but as the heart of the city I do not find it an inspiring space.

The traditional formal square was removed in 2005, it is just a vast expanse of cracked stone slabs, which are uncomfortably bright in sunny weather. Bring your ski goggles.

Some very impressive buidlings around the Old Market Square, plenty of places to eat and drink, On a warm day sit and watch the world go by.A very clean place.

not very interesting, the water feature lacked any spectacle, the seats, occupied by winoes etc were not comfortable anyway so they were welcome to them. Do the city councillors ever walk around it?

The Square, locally called Slab Square, was redone in the last 5 years making it an even open space, ideal for concerts and markets. It is a pleasant place to sit and watch the world go by and the trams!
