We have been here a few times now over the couple of years and we have never been disappointed. Staff make you very welcomed and the children can get close to the small animals, have some fun outdoors and get tired out in the soft play area - this is unknown little treasure in northants. IDEAL FOR ALL AGES :)

This place is great for kids to get up close and personal to animals. There's also a great indoor soft play area and outdoor play area. The only thing this place could do with is an ATM or being able to pay on card.

I have been to this farm twice and I have had a lovely day out here both times. The animals all look happy and well cared for and the children's outdoor and indoor play equipment is good! The staff are friendly also.

I have just returned home from visiting the Rookery Open Farm today. There was 4 adults including myself, my four nearly five year old son, an eleven year old and a fifteen year old. I think this 'farm' is really good for younger children, up to about 12/13 in my opinion, the animal areas, are pretty small. you can go... More

We took our grandson for a day out at Rookery farm. The price was a bit high but plenty to do and see although our 2.5 year old was not willing to stay within his age group but came to no harm. The one dissappointment was the tea room. Apart from cake there was nothing our little one would eat.... More

We like this little farm, it's not massive but entertaining for any age kids. When you go through the pay area you enter an indoor play area, plenty of seating. After this is a walk through double doors in to the farm. You can get up close to the bunnies and goats, it's great for the kids. More outside are... More

We took our grandson to visit the farm and found it better than some reviews led us to expect. Quite a few small animals (rabbits, birds, sheep, goats and guinea pigs) and various larger animals (cattle, horses, donkeys etc). There's a pretty large indoor play area, and the summer day we were there some bouncy castles. There's plenty of room... More

This a good place to take the kids, although it can work out quite expensive, mash the price for Adults is Over £6 and frankly it is certainly not for adults other than to accompany the children. There is an outside kids play area and also an inside play area divided up for smaller and then older children, also it is... More

After a recent visit to Rookery open farm I felt the animal enclosures are starting to look very run down. The rabbit enclosures looked liked they needed a good clean out and a poor baby donkey stood in a field in the pouring rain looking dreadfully sad and unhappy. The entrance fee is quite high but I think more money... More
