This is the 6th year we've been to Rookery Farm. My children love it. I think it's excellent value and we saw a lamb born again this year ... Where else can the children get so close to nature - excellent day out. We always take a picnic and can eat either inside or out- fab😃

Visited on Sunday 22nd with my girlfriend, brother and his 4 year old. Initially on entry I thought £6(ish) for entry was a little steep but when I saw the entertainment available I changed my mind, there are multiple play areas both indoor and out (the quality of which are way beyond what I expected). There are lots of animals... More

We like it here and although it is expensive there is a large indoor and out door play area and of course all the animals ! It is a lovely day out especially in the warmer months x

Lots to do and see for the children both inside and out, but the admission cost and any food purchased is very expensive. Plenty of farm animals to see and various other apparatus for the children to use, climb over and ride on. Given you can afford it, there is certainly enough to keep children up to say seven or... We have been twice to Rookery Open Farm with our toddler and find it very enjoyable. It is a smaller open farm, but also less expensive than other open farms we have visited in the area. It appears very well maintained and clean with plenty of animals to see and pet. They have children play areas indoors and out and... More

We visited Rookery Open Farm as a get together of nursery friends between ages of 3 & 4. We had the glouriously sunny warm weather on our side & it was one of the best days out I've ever had with my son. (Now 4) the farm is mainly under cover so still worthy of a visit in the rain... More

Went as 2adults and 2children under 5. Large indoor soft play area but seating around it gets full quickly. People seemed to be eating their own food. Farm itself over medium sized area but ideal for small children. Large outdoor play area with seating. Best thing by far is indoor area for petting animals like goats and rabbits. Great that... We took our 14 month old son here for the afternoon and we really enjoyed the animals and play facilities. You can take the kids into the pens and get up close to the rabbits, goats etc. The playground areas are really good and the bouncy castle is brilliant. Unfortunately the refreshments are poor and he entrance fee for over... More

This is a great farm to visit, especially if you have very young children who may find a large open farm too much. The indoor and outdoor play areas are great, especially as they have a soft play area especially for young children. There is a lovely picnic area but if you don't take a picnic, the food in the... Visited Rookery Farm yesterday for the first time as a party of 2 adults and 2 young children (ages 2 & 3) and had a fabulous day out. It helped greatly that it was a sunny day enabling us all to pack a picnic and sit outside at one of the numerous picnic tables. There's plenty for young children to... More
