This is a lovely intricate garden and it has a bit of everything to offer including outside seating for the cafe with a beautiful parrot. Two of the main attractions seem to be the flamingos and the bluebells.

Not expensive to go in but well worth a visit. Lovely gardens with perhaps the best show of Bluebells in the midlands if not in England, (two or three acres and millions of them in a woodland setting), spring flowers with the most delightful show of Wisteria in season. There are also Flamingos, an assortment of other birds wandering about... More

Garden is on a slope so had to be careful with one of our number in a wheelchair and managed to wobble into a bush on the way down, but visited to bluebell wood, stood with the orange flamingoes and with efforts of three of us pushed our friend back up to the cafe area where we enjoyed a nice... It is so refreshing to come back to Coton, our favourite garden in the area. The autumn colours of the trees and surrounding flowers made it different to see all the wonderful colours. We picked a sunny day which made all the difference. Again the tea and cake was brilliant. Roll on the spring.

On the whole I dont like gardens, but Coton Manor is the exception. You get the feeling everything is personally supervised and the staff really care. The gardens are well kept with labels (for dumbo's like me) and the bluebell wood beyond description. A reasonable car park and lots of plants to buy. The cafe area is mostly outside but... More

Tucked to the south west of the A14 junction with M6/M1, this is a lovely stop off either before or after negotiating these busy roads. An hour will suffice to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the gardens and views, and take in some refreshments. If you have more time, even better. Loos are clean and fresh, there is a... More

My wife and I have been visiting this garden four or five times each year for several years, and have attended the gardening school for a couple of very good presentations. Our repeated visits speak for themselves. Coton is never less than relaxing and renewing, always a mine of ideas to try in our own small garden. We travel the... More

Visited 8 September and have never seen a garden with so much colour and interest. Obviously a garden loved by it's owners and gardeners working there. A real garden for those interested in plants rather than the modern 'concept designs' of today. The nursery was well stocked with plants seen in the garden, many more unusual and less well known... My previous visit was 8 years ago and this one was even more delightful. Plenty of beautiful borders artfully arranged with perennials, roses, clematis to offer the most elegant colour palettes. One can only say it is a most charming garden. Assorted water elements add interest throughout and a fascinating collection of fowl accompany one around the lower levels. A... More

This must be our sixth visit to these delightful gardens and again we enjoyed it immensely and therefore nothing less than 5 stars. In late August the garden was full of colour and a lot to take your attention and lead you from one part of the garden to another. What is very obvious, and becomes apparent immediately on entering,... More
