There are only 3 left of the original 12 crosses. This was the most elaborate cross, check out all the heraldic symbols. I loved the roses for Northampton county which disguise lead drainage spouts. With all the war memorials erected throughout England, this was a slight change for the better. When Queen Eleanor passed away, King Edward ordered that a cross be erected at every stop while they transported her cadaver back to London. Of the original 12, only 3 remain.
