The Library is a good mix of the classic and modern. There are plenty of books and study rooms over 2 floors, plenty of events and an excellent and well thought out kids section. Well used plenty of people around. Good toilet facilities. Great café with comfy seating. Children area near café so they can just bring you a book to read to them. reasonable prices.

Next to the childrens section is a reasonably priced cafe which includes some comfy sofas.
