Owner description: York maze is an a-maizing day out for the whole family. The attraction is based around a giant maze, made from maize plants. We open during the school summer holidays,to give families an amazing day out. With over 20 different rides and attractions, the kids will be kept busy for the whole day! York maze also runs halloween events for families in the daytimes, and teenagers and adults at night during the Halloween half term. We finish the year with a huge firework spectacular set to music, on November the 5th every year. When we are not open to the public, we host weddings in our beautiful barn comlex. It's the perfect setting for a rustic wedding!

Spend the day. take a picnic, or eat in, the grand children the eldest 15, can run around in safety, go on the many attractions and you can just sit back and watch! the tractor ride is great but be prepared to get wet, the kids loved the water balloon fights, Well worth a visit

Although I felt that the admission fees were expensive, it was most certainly worth it. I took my son and grandson and there were plenty of things to keep you occupied all day along with a variety of food to purchase and lots of picnic tables should you take your own food. I would certainly recommend this for families, but... More

We had a great day out here. The weather was a bit on and off but still good enough for the family to enjoy the day. Plenty to do for all ages, they have a giant bouncy slide and a picnic area to enjoy a nice packed lunch. Great value and great fun

The actual maze is great but there are all sorts of other attractions for kids. Just a great fun day.

Lots to do. Not only the maze, but lots of separate play areas and the house where weird things happen! On site food good too and a lovely shop with lots of choice for gifts.

A place to go with children as there is lots for them to enjoy. Halloween is a good time to visit. If you live nearby and have children well worth getting a season ticket as you could call in several times for s short visit and the children would really expel some energy.

My 4 year old loved it here!.. and so did his dad! Plenty of other activities to do aswell as the Mazes. Food was slightly expensive which we didn't mind as a one off and seemed to take a good 20 minutes just to warm up a panini but I put this down to it being peak season! Will probably... More
