Fantastic park for kids

Been 3 times now, my daughter and i love the play park. The volunteers work tirelessly to keep this a spotless, tidy & family friendly park x

Constantly changing-have visited since our children were small and everytime we go there is something new at the museum or in the park itself. Best parking for this is on West Cliff so you are not hiking uphill from the town.

Gardens well kept, good views, can get to it from the open topped bus, and Whitby museum is in the grounds.

This small park is beautifully maintained and there are numerous seats dotted around. Keen gardeners will be delighted with the variety of plants, shrubs and trees and the kids will be overwhelmed when they discover the excellent play area.

I read the review s and after our Whitby boat trip we went to the park for lunch. Kids were happy. Even the adults had a go. Lovely place. Flowers in bloom. Plenty of seating.

Pannett Park is a very well kept park and if required a nice quiet corner can be found to just sit and watch the world go by.

We stumbled upon the park as the play area is on e corner. After exploring the park we found lots to look at including a Jurassic garden! On one of the days we visited the friends of the park had a series of stalls set out for children to enjoy outdoor fun in good old fashioned ways eg egg rolling,... More

My boys absolutely loved this park during our stay. There is something there for all ages & has a lovely atmosphere. Rest of the park is very well kept & there is also a museum. Will pay a visit again when next in Whitby.

Excellent gardens plus the museum and art gallery for the oldies; superb large children's playground that could keep lively kids occupied for a good hour.

Had an enjoyable walk round, can be quite steep in places. Enjoyed the art museum in the grounds which was free entry.
