Lovely well maintained and child friendly play area

Lovely and safe play area is amazing for the children with soft cushion ground and exciting frames in the midst of a beautiful park and next to the museum

Went to see exhibition of Staithes Group of artists. Took nearly an hour and didn't dawdle. Time just flew. Enjoyed the visit immensely.

Enjoyed a walk in this park, beautiful roses, irises and other flowers in bloom in this time of the year. Very elevated, so must be able to walk well.

Nice little park though slopey for people with access issues\buggies. Museum has lots of interesting things from fossils to model ships and old toys. Quite a good price and has a cafe too although we didn't go there on this occasion.

Very well-maintained neat park with wonderful views over Whitby, be prepared for very, very steep paths but it's worth it!

Pleasant and quiet park with Musuem (we didn't see this time). Great views and photo opportunities. Next time we are in Whitby we will re-visit the park and go to the Museum

We found this park a stones throw from where we were staying. Not knowing what to expect, it really was a beautiful walk on a sunny day. Built into the curve of the land, so the usual slopes to walk up and down, but all paths were very smooth so would be perfect for buggies, wheelchairs or mobility scooters. Very... More
